Worst MC Donalds experience by far. During my ordering and 3 other contact moments, not one employer spoke one word to me (no hello). My order popped up in the screen as 'ready', so I went there and asked. 2 different employers simply looked at me, said nothing, and walked away again. Then I saw my fries and shake on a tablet but no burger yet so I just waited. After litteraly 5 minutes the burger came. Didn't want to argue about the other products just sitting there for that time so just went downstairs to eat. The smell there downstairs was weird en unpleasant (smelled something like an old toilet). Garbage bag just laying around. I started my food: MilkShake had literally started to seperate the watery part from the shake at the bottom. The fries were brown, not crisp and stale. The burger wasn't as ordered. So Went back, asked about it and got it served back with an attitude. Don't know if it is bc I'm a foreigner, but the man next to me looked uncomfortable at the way I was treated. While I was waiting I looked around at the hygiëne, Fries and other rubbish all over the floor. Saw someone drop something and didn't get picked up. Saw another kick some garbage under a counter. Noticed how a whole bag of fries go into 1 fryer and it started to foam over the fryer. (no wonder people get brown, stale fries with old oil like that). After the fix I ate the big mac burger, which was pretty ok. Bread a little stale. Rest I threw away. I honestly didn't think it could be like this in a McDonald's. Worst McDonald's...

The layout is compact but functional, with a ground floor ordering area and seating available upstairs. During peak hours, the space can feel a bit tight, but the staff generally manage the crowd well. Self-order kiosks streamline the process, though you may occasionally experience a short wait depending on the time of day. Food quality is consistent with McDonald’s global standards—hot fries, freshly assembled burgers, and local seasonal items that reflect Malaysian tastes. What sets this outlet apart is its extended operating hours and quick turnover, making it a reliable stop whether you're grabbing a quick breakfast or a late-night snack. Cleanliness is well-maintained considering the volume of customers, and the staff are typically courteous and efficient. Given its central location and the volume it handles, the team does a commendable job of keeping things moving. Overall, McDonald’s Jalan Tun Perak stands out as a convenient, dependable option for fast food in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It may not be the quietest or most spacious location, but for speed, accessibility, and consistency,...

The dining area frequently had people sitting around for long periods without ordering, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. On several occasions, items from our order were missing — even simple things like straws or condiments. They never seem to have a proper selection of sauces available; the only free option is a chili sauce that isn’t particularly tasty, and strangely, the good dipping sauces are only available if you order nuggets — you can’t even buy them separately. Many menu items are often “sold out,” something I’ve never experienced so frequently in any other country. The restaurant is also not very clean, and the restrooms are only accessible if you make a purchase. Food quality can be inconsistent, with some items not tasting fresh. Overall, I would not recommend this location unless you have no other dining...
