I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mixue Tea Shop, and I can't help but share my heartwarming experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a generous and kind young lady named Balqis. Her warm smile and genuine hospitality set the tone for what turned out to be a truly delightful visit.
One of the highlights of my visit was when Balqis surprised me with a complimentary boba milk tea. Her thoughtful gesture not only brightened my day but also showcased the shop's commitment to creating memorable moments for their customers. The boba milk tea itself was a perfect blend of flavors – the rich tea base combined with the chewy boba pearls created a truly heavenly concoction.
What truly stood out beyond the delicious beverages was the atmosphere that Mixue Tea Shop provided. The cozy ambiance, paired with friendly staff like Balqis, made it feel like a home away from home. I was able to savor my boba milk tea while engaging in conversations with other patrons, creating a sense of community that is often hard to find in bustling city life.
In addition to the wonderful tea and atmosphere, the attention to detail in the shop's decor and presentation of their beverages was impressive. Every drink seemed to be crafted with care, and it's evident that the team at Mixue Tea Shop takes pride in their work.
In conclusion, my experience at Mixue Tea Shop, thanks to the generosity of the young lady Balqis, was nothing short of heartwarming. From the free boba milk tea to the welcoming ambiance, I left the shop with a full heart and a newfound appreciation for the art of tea-making. If you're looking for not just great beverages but also a genuinely uplifting experience, I highly recommend paying a visit to Mixue Tea Shop. Read moreEven if you are dying with thirst, please do not visit this store. The service is just atrocious. Everyone is clueless and they are not there to help you but make your day a bad one.
Visited here as I am so thirsty and wanted a drink. There were a lot of commotion already because one of their machines was not working. I requested a lime juice with some toppings which I believe came up to 6 ringgit. I paid 10 in cash. And they said that they don't have change. They requested me to use the QR code. 1 was for Malaysian nationals, which wouldn't open up for me (since I am not Malaysian). The other one had many setup steps which I had no interested in doing at that point. And they do not accept card. They simply stared at me like I was at fault for not being able to sort out the payment. I told them that their service is terrible and...
Read moreThe staffs here don’t understand what the customers are saying and they do the opposite. There were English speakers in front of me and the staffs couldn’t answer even in basic English!
To add on the frustration, they made my drink wrongly - mi-shake but with wrong tea with brown sugar taste. When I confronted, one of them said it looks like brown sugar milk tea while the one who prepared denied it but prepared again. The third guy raised his voice to me and said ni kenapa bazir buat baru, air betullah?! In fact, the first guy acknowledged it and it really tasted such.
First and last time here. Terrible service, rude staffs, plus super long queue because of not knowing basic communication while behaving like they’re above...
