Very poor customer service.

I was first in queue and it was my turn to place my order. There was no customer behind me. I was browsing the menu (I didn't take a long time doing so). And then suddenly there was another customer behind me, he talked to the staff (a lady). And then, the staff asked me if I could move aside and let the customer behind me to place his order. This was totally UNACCEPTABLE. I was there first and the staff wanted to prioritise the customer behind me who arrived later? There is no valid reason for the staff to do so. Even if the other customer was in a hurry, then the staff still could not assume that I was not in a hurry. The staff should inform the other customer to just wait while I finish my order. Totally unprofessional and very bad customer service. So after the staff asked me, I just finalised my order. She accepted my order, but at the same time, the staff took the money/order from the other customer, bypassing me. Totally unprofessional.

I then received my drink. It had a small insect like mosquito(?) in it as per the picture. I went back to the outlet to return the drink. I asked for a refund instead of a new one as I did not want to take the risk. The other staff proceeded with refund but there was not even an apology from the team there. Totally unacceptable. Very bad customer service.

Really had a bad time here. Hopefully the owner will...

Overall, Mixue at Jonker is a reliable, low-cost treat in a busy tourist zone. Just don’t go in expecting artisanal quality—this is fast, fun refreshment...

Poor customer service. Meja tak bersihkan once other customer habis. Datang around 10pm,the music speaker kuat gila so bercakap dgn cashier dengar tak dengar. We came dalam 15pax eventually to order. So we still checking the menu and decided, there's no que pun only us.but the cashier seems annoy with us and kept repeating "lagi,lagi" with making faces. I order ice cream cones for the kids, the cashier kept repeating ice cream cones XDA. Then just pointed by "mouth" on the menu which I don't know which are sub for the icecream. Only then I saw an icecream with strawberries. It's hard for the cashier to explained as we are firstime customer that want to tried? Instead of other for 15pax,we just order 4 and the icecream not even on standard sop. Not gonna spend money on this outlet....
