Very bad experience for a birthday dinner. They hyped up reserving a table for your birthday for a “unique experience” and to reserve using a code they sent. All that happened was I was told happy birthday. The food was horrible I’ve never had a worse steak. The filet was so dry and it wasn’t just mine. They prepared the steak twice and it was still not the best for the price. They forgot my boyfriend’s steak all together and he had to sit there for about 20+ mins for his steak which was way undercooked basically rare when he ordered medium. No desserts were offered/mentioned. They brought the check and took payment and that’s when I mentioned the birthday reservation and he said we’ll do it now what all did we say we would do? Which is disappointing because why do I have to tell me what y’all offer and to do it at the very end when we are about to walk out the door. Also there was no cake they just brought out sparklers and shots to walk out the door. I regret choosing this restaurant for my birthday dinner. From the moment we arrived everything was spot on. The hostess checked us in so when we arrived upstairs they were ready for us and we're seated immediately. Denilson, our waiter, was very professional and knowledgeable about all menu items from appetizers to dessert. He offered several recommendations based on our likes and dislikes. All of the courses were timed perfectly, not too close and not too long in between courses. Unfortunately they did not have a seafood option tonight but the steaks, ribeye and filet, were cooked to perfection and delicious. Miguel, the manager, stopped by to welcome us and thank us for coming in and also checked in during our entrees to make sure everything met our expectations. View is nice but they did NOT play Confessions by Usher.

The actual reason it gets two stars is how complicated it is go order drinks. The whole process requires you to load cash onto a bracelet then order at the bar. The bartender deducts the cost from the bracelet and if you are short, then you have to get back in line to load money onto the bracelet. Rinse and repeat. Now imagine doing that drunk. And no, you cannot get a refund for what is leftover at the end of the night.
