I only visited this store once and I already wish this restaurant to be successful. I am attracted to the service we got, the waiter who served us was so polite, so much so that you can also feel her humility, her willingness to serve and to make our dining experience to be pleasant. I will give the serving staff 10 out of 5 stars if only it is possible.
Food-wise, we ordered ramen and it was SO GOOD. I have high blood pressure and eating pork and salty food is not healthy for me but the ramen was SO YUM, I drink all the soup in my bowl. My apartment was close to upper queen street. So I used to be there very often. Usually lunch and dinner time. In lunch time they has donburi rice bowl. That's lunch time only. And dinner time they would be like Japanese izakaya. I strongly recommended to go with friends for good relax time. If you be there, please don't miss the ramen. Every ramen has real Japanese taste!! Read moreWhat a surprise! This was simply outstanding. We ordered the Hell Ramen (3) and Tonkotsu Miso. Both were great, but the Tonkotsu brooth was almost identical to what we had in Sapporo in the "Okami" Ramen Bar. Brought us straight back into Sapporo's winter, slurping on Ramen while there was a snowstorm outside we could watch from the window.
The only difference we could spot was that the noodles were not home made and the Cashu was thinner and not grilled before it was added to the soup. But apart from that a very pleasant experience.
