McDonald's — Restaurant in Pasay

My 3 kids and I came here for lunch. We dined in at the upper level coz it’s quiet and have lots of available chairs to sit. Food was great and staffs were friendly. We had a fabulous time here. We had left and came back after an hour later coz my 11 y/o daughter realized she had left her pink purse with her wallet and some money in it. I told her that it’s probably gone by now or maybe somebody already took it. With her teary eyes, she insisted to go back and try to check or at least ask if it’s still there. The guard asked some questions about the missing item. To our surprise, they put all left behind stuff from customers on their record including the missing purse with the exact amount inside. The guard even wrote down every peso bill and the quantity. They made my daughter so happy.I even asked an apology to my daughter for saying that there are not a lot of people who are honest this time. I was actually wrong. There are still a lot of people out there who are honest and kind like the McDonald’s staffs. Thank you for the honesty and the joy you put on my daughter’s face. We were here at around 2AM. Again, 2AM. I would like to emphasize the time we were here so everyone has the idea that it is not "rush hour" compared to the usual morning, lunch, dinner or merienda breaks.

All the crew were so focused on the food to be served and no one is taking orders! When we finally made our order and paid, we were again surprised to be served with burgers without vegetables and the crew had the nerve to say that we were advised about it. I am also disappointed that the pasta I ordered is not well cooked.

My mom just wanted a decent meal before she leaves the country and this is what we got. My husband was compensated with a different burger. (I think just because he demanded.)

I think here are some of the things to be considered next time: That the crew must have their designation on a daily basis and focus only on that designation; That the crew must be informed of what is available and what is not; That this incident could have been avoided if the crew told us immediately; And that they must own up their mistakes.

Disappointing as it may sound, this is by far our worst McDo story.

Our experience at this particular mcdonald's food chain.

When we entered tha place, it was clean and it looked organized, until we started to order. The pregnant manager "jho" was unprofessional. First, she doesn't care about who is listening to her. She just kept talking on the phone without any care. It's like she's at home and not working. The front liner who was getting our order wasn't any different. We were in front of her for 5mins and she was just standing there. I asked her "5" freaking times if she can already get our order, but her mind was floating in the air. I can't believe it at first but it happened. When i raised my voice a little, she finally listened to me and got our orders. The orders weren't different as well. It was a long wait "again". Lastly, we asked her if we could get a newly cooked french fries, she said yes but got the old set of fries still. When we were paying, the girl punched the wrong item so she had to call ms preggy unprof manager. I was surprised with what the manager said "hindi ka marunong mag punch"?
