Me and my friend went here to enjoy the ice cream like we do sometimes the lady at the counter was so rude and told me you have to tell me which flavor when i clearly in English told her i wanted the cherry one then she tried to avoid listening to what i wanted to order and we had to repeat to her we wanted pistachio as well but she ignored and just wanted to take my friends order quickly to finish off the order and slammed my ice cream counter without any politeness. We paid 8 euros for this to get treated like we did not deserve to come there at all. This was so disappointing and the experience this lady left for us. She must have been the rudest ice cream lady i met. Luckily the staff noticed and intervened to assist and asked if everything was alright but still no matter how tired you are you have to put yourself in the customers shoes as well its a form of service to provide to make the...

Good - We visited this place a few days ago and I ordered a small cup of gelato. You can have as many flavors as you want and they will let you have it. I tried the pistachio, hazelnut and coffee. Though I have to admit that the pistachio and hazelnut were the winner. The coffee was a little bitter. My wife ordered a hot chocolate. A very common drink for us, but what we got in return was warm rich chocolate in a cup. Not what she had in mind. It looked delicious, but there was no way we could drink that without adding a little milk. So we had to improvise. Staff is friendly and the facilities are very clean.
Bad - Know before you order, I guess.
Tips - Coffee with milk is safe and delicious alternative. Many flavors of gelato to...

We were actually eating in a restaurant when I spotted someone with an ice cream cone walking by. What really caught my eye was that the ice cream cone looked like a budding rose. Not the usually balls of ice cream stacked on the cone. After dinner we found the ice cream shop and had two large waffle cones dipped in chocolate and rice. The selection of flavours is large and consists of a combination of Sorbets and Ice Creams. The staff were as sweet as the ice cream. The quantity was plentiful and priced accordingly. Of course the presentation was unique and welcoming to both the eye and the palate. We managed to make it back the following night after dining at another restaurant. Well worth a try if...
