I want to start off by saying that what I will share with you was really unfortunate and we are deeply disappointed by the unprofessionalism and the lack of consideration we experienced at 83.3 Terrassa Barcelona.
It all started 3 weeks prior when my sister went IN PERSON to make a reservation for her birthday.Everything seemed fine as the staff confirmed and helped her book the reservation successfully.
On the 11.06.25(the day before the reservation) my sister called to make sure that the reservation was still active and as expected the staff reassured her and claimed that they are eagerly awaiting us.
On the day of the celebration (12.06.25),me and the birthday girl arrive at 83.3 Terassa Barcelona and make our way in 30 minutes prior so we can prepare ourselves for the arriving guests. As we are greeted by one of the staff members we informed them that we are here for the birthday reservation. Suddenly a surprised expression appeared on the staff member face and he told us that the whole place was fully booked regarding a private event of 70 people and that it's not possible for us to have a reservation.
We immediately asked for the manager and so he appeared. The manager said the same thing as the staff member and claimed that there is nothing he could do about it and as if it isnt enough he's tone was very unpleasant and indifferent.
Immediately my sister explained that this is absolutely horrendous and unacceptable and that she couldn't understand why they didn't inform her of this event before she made the reservation 3 weeks ago OR AT LEAST yesterday when she called.
In the most pathetic way as most superficial managers would do, he immediately started offering us bottles of ,,the finest" alcohol in hopes that it would compensate.
At this point we snapped!I mean who wouldn't?Imagine it's your 25th birthday and you are supposed to celebrate it with family and friends that you flew out from all over the world and all of the sudden it was all ruined ,because of some clearly absurd organization of the bar's schedule!
We firmly insisted of the manager to find an alternative bar for the celebration. He started searching, calling other bars and trying to make it work out .After many failed attempts ,because as expected all the bar's were full, they offered us to go to Terraza Pulitzer Barcelona and so we did.
Fortunately the guests could react quickly and came to the right location successfully. For bad or for good we were actually pleasantly surprised .The party was great even if it happened as a last resort option.
In conclusion I hope the manager and staff read this review and understand why its their fault.Hopefully you improve your organization and not make such a big...
Read moreAwful experience. A group of us went for my friends birthday. When we tried to order food at 15:30pm we were told the kitchen was closed… yet all the food menus were out on the tables and there was nothing detailing this on the website. We have also asked the bar staff to store my friends birthday cake - but no one mentioned anything about the kitchen closing. When we addressed this with “Camila” she said that it isn’t here responsibility to tell us when the kitchen closes and “that’s how it works here in Spain.” Camila also said that “I’ll ask you if you want to go to the bathroom next time.” Camila was shockingly rude, arrogant and didn’t not care, she clearly hates her job. I’d be throughly ashamed if one of my employees spoke to my customers in the way that she did. It’s safe to say that we will not be returning and will not recommend any of our family, friends or clients here in Barcelona to have to experience such...
Read moreI went to this rooftop bar today with my wife. She was choosing a place to take her sisters when they will visit us soon, and I think we found the right place.
You have an excellent view of the Sagrada Familia, Clot, and other touristic points in Barcelona.
We ordered the chicken tacos, and they were derved quickly and were delicious.
Drinks are a bit expensive compared to other bars in less touristic areas, but that's true for all rooftop bars, I think.
The service is probably one of their strong points. We were attended by Alan, and he was very patient with my broken Spanish (they can speak English, but I wanted to practice), he gave excellent suggestions on where to sit (we were one of the firdt there), drinnks and food.
After we were done, we could relax and chat in a great atmosphere. Will come back and recommend...
