Staying at haymarket hotel before Christmas and Paul's is only used for traditional swedish 'julbord', so the main restaurant for the hotel is Gretas.
First of all it is very strange that such a large hotel stops serving food at 8.30pm. They should be open to at least 11.
We tried the red fried shrimp: two deep-fried shrimps with some mayo. It also comes with some unprepared edamame beans to fill the plate even though i have a hard time believing anyone will eat them. Very unremarkable and way overpriced.
Korean shortribs: Two big pieces of rib that are tender but lack flavor. A small kimchi salsa does not improve the dish much, but at least have a little spice.
Cheeseburger: A bit sloppy and simple but pretty decent burger, although at this price point, i would expect more.
Both dishes are served with a lot of crispy and good fries.
