Super Surf Kata — Restaurant in Karon

Really disappointed by the staff it’s expensive to do and when we got there early staff told us to go sit down it be in 15 minutes. Therefore they were running late ,over 10 minutes into the surf time and no one has come and got us as we were advised to wait for someone .When we challenged this to get his extra time back for what he paid for they didn’t want to know, didn’t want to listen. All they cared about was that they had their money. We did feel one member of staff was very aggressive while he spoke . When he did have surf time, he had to wait for several people to go before him, totalling, he had about eight minutes of his time. We were advised he would have the whole 30 minutes. We went in the morning for the cheaper 900 Baht pricing and were part of a group of 12(?) people taking turns on the 2 lanes. They allow up to 14 people for the 1 Hour time slot. We got on a surf board 4-5 times for 1-4minutes each. Be prepared with either sun screen or proper clothing so you dont get cold, standing around wet for the Hour or sun screen for standing in the sun. Today, all previous positive experiences with Super Surf was wash out, due to the staff behaviour. In the past few days we were spent in this company about 10k. Today we were back again with full family, i came In with the empty coffee cup and was waiting to my turn to surf. Mamien waiter behaviour about my empty glass from the coffee was unacceptable.
