7/3 Edit: Thanks for responding to my review. As a customer and a local guide, I have the right and the responsibility to reflect my true experience. Your response only talked about how your staff interacted nicely with the drunk customers, but you missed out on my point that they ignored the experience of other customers. Taking out the drunk customer instance and talking about your restaurant alone, judging based on the price I paid, mediocre taste, small portion, and speed of serving, 3 stars is where you belong. One can argue 3.5 stars because you do serve till 2am. Kindly point out the false information Iāve stated in my previous comment.
TLDR; Too long didnāt read: Went there during midnight. Mid food, long food preparation time, atmosphere was ruined by a rude family. I understand staff couldnāt do much about the family but certainly my experience was ruined.
Full review: We were craving some late night food so found this place on google.
The second I sat down I noticed there was a family under the influence being ridiculous to the waitress and making a scene, like asking the waitress to change the chill pop music to Indian party music, facetiming family members but screaming to make sure everyone could hear, making complaints about the food they ordered in exchange for free stuff. This lasted the entire time we were there. The male staff didnāt not give them a note that they are disturbing other customers but kept enabling their behavior.
Then thereās the food preparation time. There were only two tables at the time: the family and us. They only have one chef in the kitchen on a small stove. Took more than an hour till we got the last dish (we ordered 5 items - wings, fried calamari, coconut soup, shrimp fried rice, and stir fried beef). Canāt imagine how they would handle more customers. I know they are trying their best but certainly the 5 star rating on google didnāt make...

It usually happens when the barrel has been open for a long time or it doesn't sell much or it's not properly managed. I immediately report to the staff who answers me, however, that it is normal. I was on the tenth day in Thailand and I had drunk various Singha and I also know very well when the beer is sour. I told them this is dangerous as people are allergic to eggs.
They made me pay for it and leave.
