Disappointing Customer Experience at DCC Branch(Ground Floor) â 23 May 2025
I am giving a lower rating(wanted to give negative rating ) due to the worst customer experience I encountered on 23 May 2025 between 8:30 â 8:45 PM at the DCC Ground Floor branch.
After completing our shopping, my husband, kids (including my 2.5-year-old), and I visited the branch to buy ice cream for our child. At that time, there were three staff membersâone was attending to a customer, and the other two seemed occupied resolving an issue.
Despite several attempts to place our order, we were not acknowledged. Respecting their situation, we patiently waited for 15 minutes right in front of the counter, giving them time to finish the issue at hand.
However, to our disappointment, a new customer walked in, and their order was taken immediatelyâwhile we were still waiting. This was not only upsetting but felt unfair, especially after waiting so patiently with a toddler.
I raised this concern with the supervisor on duty and also took the contact number to speak with the territory manager, Mr. Ehsan. I appreciate that Mr. Ehsan listened to my complaint patiently and I trust he may have reviewed the CCTV footage to understand the situation.

I had asked for a Jamoca mouse royal and strawberry cheese cake there were 2 nepalis taking the order and serving. first the lady who took my order didnât hear me and gave me jamoca almond fudge instead of mouseroyal and later when I asked her to confirm my doubt about the flavour she replied saying I asked for a jamoca almond fudge instead of hearing me properly and letting me know that jamoca mouse royal is out of stock. she argued back saying I asked for the wrong ice cream and she immediately took the icecream away from me saying she will cancel it and threw it in the dustbin when I told her to give me the cancelled one and give me another scoop of just chocolate mouse roual she told me that itâs their policy and they have to throw the icecream instead of giving it to the customer and they have to throw it away no matter what I do not understand where does wasting food is compulsory in any companyâs policy especially when itâs the employees fault and I did not make any further purchase from them due to the waste they are willing to do instead of letting someone have it #boycottnepalis because they are honestly good for nothing and not eligible to be employed with the...
