Order Bento AED 47 (which comes with a free drink instead of miso soup). Staff said miso soup will cost AED 6 more. I said okay leave it out. 3 seconds later I say let’s just add miso soup please. Staff says the miso will now cost AED 9 because she already pressed the button in the 3 seconds (damage is already done, can’t cancel the order and replace it the same order plus miso soup). I Pick up the ice tea then staff says that will cost extra AED 6 only the Pepsi, fanta come with the bento Or water. Already had a water bottle so picked up a Pepsi. Location: within the food court at CCD.. very polite and helpful staff We ordered chicken katsu ramen bowl and bottle of water at reasonable price.. 20 min wait period.. a buzzing machine provided to inform once food is ready..Seating arrangements are within the food court.. Bit crowded but one can get seat in 3-5 minutes.. Chicken katsu was quite yummy and the ramen bowl also was good..only thing that needs work is cutlery for the bowl.
