Starbucks — Restaurant in Dubai

We are an avid customer of starbucks, most of the staffs that we encountered are very polite and accommodating, but the staffs in DCC starbucks are very rude, one of many example is that we ask for extra utensil for the pastry that we ordered and they refuse because they said we already requested twice, we are four and they expect us to share one fork for the pastry that we ordered, are they aware that there is still pandemic? I hope that they will undergo proper training since their job is more on customer service, I understand that their work is hard and tiring, but that is not an excuse to be rude. PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT IS ONLY ONE EXAMPLE, I HAVE MANY TO MENTION TO BE HONEST. Special mention to Mr. Abdul and Ms. Chelle, please don't be rude to your customers. I placed an online order and already paid through my debit card to be picked up in this branch but when I come to collect it was not available there and no one answering the phone and no one is reachable for my concern. I will never ever order online nor to this brand anymore. No customer service at all, just only after their business to take the money immediately from the customer that's it. Showing in the app that the item is available in that branch even in reality it was not available there and no option to pay at the counter even. Worst experience ever to...

A perfect place to be NEXT TO VOX CINEMA. Not the Lvl 1 starbucks. I do wants to give 5 stars bcz this staff is very nice to every person who comes to have coffee there i saw that many times and i had the same vibe. I like to thank Mr. Gazan to being very kind, helpful and very friendly to me and I appreciate the other staff for being perfect. Im really sorry i didn’t memorize the other staffs name cz mostly i noticed Gazan is there and i saw that he have some nice way to make negative to positive.
