Second time I have been, both times my “French Vanilla Lattte” has been very very bitter. It tastes undrinkable. Makes me feel sick on both occasions. However the bottom 1/4 is very nice and to taste. So the first time I suspected they potentially didn’t stir it. This second time I stored it myself and it’s not made a difference. I have no idea what the fix is but twice it has been rancid. Northampton and Leeds were both beautiful so I know this is a nice coffee I always call it the best coffee I’ve ever had so I’m very confused why Leicester can’t get this specific drink right 🤷🏼‍♂️

This has really turned around. All I now rate this business 4 out of 5 I have been a total of 6 times now and I have seen a dramatic improvement. The drinks taste how they should plenty of flavour a beautiful warmth too them with a soft blend of coffee and an explosion of taste. The donuts are truly amazing better than any I’ve had so far. I’ve tried three different ones and all tasted nice and fresh with plenty of filling a variety of flavour which always compliments the glaze or Icing outstanding well. Exceedingly good donuts and coffee. The staff are running better also I’ve seen a volume increase but the staff seem to have a handle on it which is good to see. The one star deduction was because I witnessed the manager say to a customer they didn’t have staff to serve them and they could only use the machine the person protested as they only had cash and he still resisted that they could not be served. Heart breaking to see when legal tender can’t be taken. But it was running smoothly from the machines for the people who...

Tim Hortons has the best hot chocolate I ever tasted in the UK. Unlike many places such as McDonald’s greggs subway which they all taste like water.

Tim Hortons Breakfast is the best in the uk. Lots of varieties of breakfasts . And especially the veg wrap and egg cheese muffin. And their cheese toast is the best I ever tasted. And greats donuts of all sizes flavours and styles. They have £1 breakfast deals. Which is why it’s my best place for breakfast.

The prices are reasonable. Which is another reason why I go. The taste and foods compensate the prices itself.

The workers are great fast efficient and friendly. Especially young girl Amin she is very polite sweet and deals with any problem fast and efficiently. And very helpful with customers. And she is always dressed professionally.

One thing I am a bit cautious of is I have seen many homeless people sleeping in Tim Hortons. I feel extremely uncomfortable and off putting because of hygiene . And hygiene is extremely important which is related and safety for our health and wellbeing . Especially when dealing around food. I hope Tim Hortons can tighten the rules of homeless people sleeping inside.

And perhaps be on top of cleaning disinfecting the tables, seats , chairs , floors and touch screen. Especially after homeless people have been there.
