MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO LISTEN AND YOU NEED TO TURN THIS SAD LOCATION AROUND... NOTICED YOUR REVIEWS HAVE BEEN VERY NEGATIVE OVER THE PAST MONTH WITH MANY PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE COST, POOR QUALITY CONTROL, NEG WAITERS, WAIT TIMES, ICE COLD FOOD!

I can say I experienced the exactly same issues despite paying almost $30 for a cold, poorly made meal that was extremely bland.... Ordered eggs Benedict, there were 4 people in the whole restaurant and yet I waited nearly 40mins before receiving my meal, my ice cold extra side of bacon arrived about 10mins prior (looked and tasted as if it was made two days prior!). When I went to cut into the yolks they were like hardboiled eggs. I called my waiter over, and he agreed they were way overdone, so he took my plate back to the kitchen. Another 20mins later the replacement plate arrived (all they did was take off the old eggs from the English muffins put on water soaked cold eggs back on top and added a touch of Hollandaise sauce and brought it back out to me!) I'm paying$30 waited close to an hour for subpar cold food, you mean to tell me they couldn't have remade my meal correctly the second time! The eggs were cold, same with the sad looking dried out breakfast potatoes which look like they were made days prior, the English muffins were completely soggy and mushy! Been coming to this location for years and I can honestly say this location has gone down hill and made major cutbacks only to give the customer smaller portions while they charge more for horrible food! Don't go here go to Willy's off State College and Ball road - for outstanding, tasty, affordable breakfast and/or lunch! You won't be...

This note is strictly regarding customer service. I used to work at a restaurant , so I am really picky. I walked in on a Sunday evening, sat down at the empty bar to have a drink before meeting friends next door at Panetas. The lady behind the bar ignores me and turned and walked out. She then re- emerged 30 seconds later and still said nothing. I am staring at her, waiting for a " hi, welcome, I will be right with you" .....nothing but silence. Waiting, waiting, ....Then , another girl walks around the corner, looks at me right away, says hello,smiles, glances down in front of me , sees no glass. She looks at the first girl, asks her if she has helped me, she says no. While I also shake my head no, she then came over, said welcome! What can I get for you today? She got me a drink immediately, asked if I'd like to see a menu, and that was it! So you see, I just wanted to comment on the need for someone to say hello! P.S. the chairs at the bar were tucked in sideways , in my opinion, in such a way that said... go away, don't sit down here. In other words, the chairs were unwelcoming as the first wait staff gal. I'll bet she tucked them in like that because she didn't want anyone sitting there! The place was busy though, the dinning room anyway. It smelled good, was clean. I would eat there next time instead of Paneta's . It was empty, boring , food not great. I have to review them next. Disneyland was a blast! Welcome...

Wasn’t happy with the service or my food. I asked the waitress about using my AARP card she gave me one of those looks (as if I wasn’t the recipient of AARP, I’m definitely in my 50’s) She went and asked the manager, he said they didn’t take AARP but they did take AAA. A person in our party had AAA but she had it on her phone. Once again the waitress gave the side eye and asked the manager loudly in front of everyone…. DO WE TAKE AAA ON THE PHONES??? Embarrassed as we were just because she didn’t have to say that over the restaurant, she was very unprofessional! The manager said YES of course, he had his on his phone… etc. She then took FOREVER with my card that I paid the meal with…. I’m like hello??? It took forever! I don’t know if she was verifying it, writing dwn the numbers to use it later or what??? But it took forever…. Then the manager brought it out to me! 😳 SMH! Why did she have it so long… I gave it to her, she disappeared then he brings it back out to me. So weird! The food was not even that good. I didn’t even eat mine and still paid for it. The other people in my party ate SOME of theirs! I mean really….. get it together! I don’t know what all of that was about but I hope he spoke with her after we left. I didn’t make a huge stink because we were there for Disney it was my daughter’s birthday I wanted to stay in a good mood, ready for the happiest place on earth! ☺️ Won’t be eating there again....
