By far the worst experience at this establishment. Had a lengthy conversation with the manager, Gene, regarding an incident with two employees by the name of Kevin and Mikeisha(sp?) who treated me very poorly during my recent visit. These two employees were bad mouthing me right in front of my face and as I overheard them, the male employee said "Oh she thinks she's special"? I knew they were talking about me and I simply said, I heard what you said, have a blessed day! Newsflash, you may not encounter as nice as a person as me. Just know your manager was informed and you will be put on notice for your terrible lack of customer service and work ethics!

Gene, the General Manager was such a lovely lady it was a pleasure speaking to you and voicing my concerns. Coca-Cola should really look into this establishment and its operations of its unfit, RUDE, front desk register employees, after all this is a tourist spot and it definitely left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I walked away very disappointed. I hope next time I visit there are more...

Unfortunately not knowing the area and visiting the aquarium I was hoping that this place would be good enough. Boy, was I wrong. $11 got me a cheese flat bread and a bag of chips, $3 more got me a cup of ice with some soda. As you can see from the picture the flat bread was stacked on top of each other so 1 piece was super cheesy and the other piece was cheese less. Not sure how chips match well with pizza but so it is. Flavorless and soggy cracker crust. I’ll just say that the chips were the highlight of the meal. The drink- he filled the cup full of ice then knocked some off but apparently he knocked more than he intended because then he filled it up with more ice. I believe that he put about 5 seconds worth of soda in there. I know that it took me 4 sips of the straw to finish it. If I would have known this ahead of time, I would have eaten inside the aquarium so at least some of the money goes back to the animals. Also once I googled the area I noticed that there are tons of other options around. This is what I get for trying to support...

The service was beyond poor this afternoon. I wish I could give a rating lower than this undeserved one. The dark brown skinned, African American attendant with the baseball hat and straight bob cut (don't know her name but hopefully the description and time stamp will be identifiers) showed deplorable behavior that is reprehensible. She was unpleasant, rude and dismissive as if our presence and expecting too get good customer service was a problem for her. When she finally opened the restaurant very late she offered no explanation, no smile, no kind gesture, no aplogies. From reading other reviews, it seems like many people have had the misfortune to interact with this employee because I'm hoping that the staff is not filled with employees of her caliber. This is no place I'd consider returning at my hungriest moment. Please be better at customer service. Customers don't need the attitudes, especially when we're paying...

We were here on a Sunday. They stated that they open at 10am. However, they let multiple people in to get something. Then, we started realizing that maybe it was the employees of the nearby attractions that got in early to get something before work. We were ok with that. Then it became clear that they were allowing certain people in that weren’t employees around 9:45, just not us. These people didn’t have IDs or any work-related items with them. There needs to be signage or something making this clear to avoid confusion. Because they seem to love holding up 10 fingers to let you know you are not welcome until 10:00am from inside the store, while they obviously let friends in too, not just employees.

I got a regular coke, diet coke, a sandwich, and a red velvet muffin which for the location all together was decently priced for me. The muffin was super good and sandwich wasn’t as salty as I thought it’d be. They’ve got an inside and outside seating area around the same size with comfortable chairs and a max of 4 people each table. The cafe is across from the World of Coca Cola Museum so if you’ve not had enough food/drinks at the museum, you can pop into this cafe. Nice enviornment as well.
