This place is an actual scam. For one mediocre pizza we paid an absurd 70 dollars. You could tell the pizza was frozen in a box moment prior to it being served. I feel genuinely bad for the people who work here, they fs never hear the end of the complaints. Oh and dont even get me started on the drinks. For a SMALL drink it was 7 dollars and there are sensors on the drink machines that ensure you only get 2 refills. Of course they malfunction, I lost out on a whole refill for really no reason at all and there was nothing that could be done about it. There is also a timer that makes you wait 30 seconds between refills for no reason. God forbid I take my finger off the button the carbonation to go down and it counts as a whole refill and it makes me wait 30 seconds. There is nothing you can say to convince me that they loose that much money from people doing refills that they need to be this greedy with the drink machines. Overall a terrible experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

Is this gourmet dining? No. It's the snack bar in an aquarium. My high rating is given because I was so surprised. I wish most attraction venues I went to had a menu as expansive as this -- including about 5 vegetarian compatible options. (You know how many veg options there are at the Wizarding World in Orlando? Zero.) Even when there's a long line, it flows, because you use a big bank of kiosks to order, and pick up your food from a window when its called. You'll have your food quickly, and there's quite a bit of seating. Even in a peak time, we found a giant hidden empty section upstairs with almost nobody in it. We had two meals over two days and everyone in our group found something they enjoyed. Again, it's snack bar level food, not a gourmet experience, but it's fast, varied, and available without leaving the aquarium. I had the Chicken Tikka Masala, and althought the naan was clearly prepackaged, the chicken and curry was fantastic!

tl;dr: lacks hygiene, food tastes bad and doesn’t look fresh and overpriced, found a bug and dirt in salad. The lines are long and food is served in the open where customers can grab their food, perfect for cross-contamination. The cheese in the burger is so great, I don’t think superglue could hold it as hard as the cheese did. To top it off, the “Chef’s Salad” is so organic that they included everything in it including a dead fly and dirt 😊. Overall, great experience for people looking for a gastrointestinal adventure. You'll never look at a toilet the same way again.

My girlfriend and I got 5 items, slice of pizza, onion rings, burger, shake and an icee

All together was $70

Gf and I rated each food 1-12(except icee as they didn't make it Ironically the best thing we had)

2/12 burger. hard bun, zero salt, room tempature, they put an onion ring in it and this weird sauce, I personally try everything once. I tasted the sauce and immediately took it off genuinely some of the most vile sauce I've tasted.

3/12 fries, cooler than room temp but not "cold" blander than any fries I've ever tasted, turns out they do have salt which is why it's a 3/12 but the salt was so underwhelming I'm not sure if I was just imagining it.

3/12 pizza. Wasn't cold but was quickly getting there, cheese didn't look like it ever melted, less seasoning then a store bought frozen pizza, and the cheese if you can even call it that looked like stuff silicone.

4/12 onion rings. lukewarm probably the warmest thing only because I had to ask for another basket without sauce due to the first basket being straight up cold with congealed "sauce" had decent taste but definitely lacked seasoning

6/12 milkshake. decent can't say much besides it was semi sweet the "Oreo" was non existent but hey at least it wasn't completely melted

Icee 12/12 cause ya know it's an icee they can't mess it up.

After averaging everything we got 1.5 stars out of 5 + a 33% reduction due to price compared to other restaurants near by = 1/5 mathematically, first review I've done in years because yike...
