I was just getting off work had a taste for a sub and thought to give this jimmyjohns a try. I didnt mind paying for parking I wanted a sub. As I got out the car realized I had to use the restroom first. Which seems ok. Use the restroom wash hands grab food sit down eat. I walk in to a fully staffed about 6 employees two drivers and the rest behind the counter. As I walked to the restroom door which is right at the entrance the drivers say the men's restroom isn't working you will have to use the ladies. I grab the knob since it is becoming urgent and it was locked one. One bike rider then says oh you have to buy something. I said I am going to buy something. I just parked and paid to sit down and eat but I need to use the restroom. I walk all the way across the restaurant to speak with Aylissa now I'm feeling kinda ants and I tell her I'm going to buy a sub but I have to use the restroom she then tells me I have to buy something. I tell her so you want me to rush an order just so I can use the restroom. She looks as if this policy is correct. I refuse to buy anything in a place that treats me as if I am a liar, that has a full staff but isn't courteous to potential customers or customers who have a basic need as in using the restroom. Read moreI typically have a good experience when ordering delivery but this time the website was glitching. It charged me twice and didn’t confirm that the order went thru. I call the store the verify first was hung up because “shay” couldn’t hear me. I’m talking loud and she pauses like I was heard. I call right back and she hears me when I ask her. I tell her my issue and she says call Corporate, I ask for the the number, she doesn’t know it. I ask for the manager and she is the manager.. so no help, no number, and couldn’t even confirm if my order went thru and told me to find it myself. So I’m double charged, no food, no help, and hung up again after I asked her name. She said she was to busy to help. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! This can’t be what is considered management material. I don’t fault anyone at the store for the app messing up but being rude and then not even checking to see if my order went thru or something. I will never order there again. I will make sure to post this on every social feed because that was very rude and upsetting after my money was taken and I don’t even get the product. Read moreI placed a large order of 14 sandwiches, chips & drinks through the app on Saturday evening around 6:30pm for my daughter's volleyball team. I received confirmation of the order and my card had a pending charge immediately. I did not receive any updates on the status and called the store at 715pm. It was closed. My order was not fulfilled and we had to scramble to find dinner for the girls.
When I called the store during business hours on Sunday, the manager indicated that the delivery was voided because it was too close to closing time. I can understand this, but feel a call should have been given to explain. I received no update. She then stated that the delivery address was out of their delivery zone. Later, I wanted to repeat the order from the night before and was told again that it was not the correct store for delivery despite only being .5 miles away. The manager suggested another store. I contacted that store and they indicated that the Peachtree store was the correct one for delivery to our location. I contacted the Peachtree store again, informed her that the other store said they were the delivery store and she said that they would not deliver to our location.
