Kokee Tea - Lenox Square — Restaurant in Atlanta

Where can i start? This place is absolutely phenomenal!It’s great that now instead of walking so far just to get mediocre boba in the food court, there’s a much closer one that is sat right in the middle of the mall!! I was walking around lenox shopping for christmas and i wanted something refreshing and this place caught my eye with the menu and even the display cups they had on top!

The line was really really long but they have really fast service so i would give them a plus for that. I was up next to order and the cashier greeted everyone with a smile and was helping answering any questions the customers had. I didn’t know what i wanted so she helped me decide and i will say that no matter what u are craving for, they will always have it! Whether if it was off the menu or on. i don’t remember what she had put in for me since i told her to just go ahead and give me what’s good but it was SOo delicious!! The drink had an orange slice in the cup and i think she gave me peach boba.

But definitely definitely stop by this place to get a refreshing drink if you’re ever at this mall!! 10/10...

Just left and had the worst experience ever. I asked for a brown sugar milk tea which I have had countless amounts of times but for some reason this one tasted awful and I asked could I have another one but just take the tea out and the woman with the short cut told me I would have to pay for another one. I was not about to spend another $9 and she walked off and I wanted more clarification on why I would have to pay for another one when I clearly did not like the one I had and I was nice and friendly but she gave me such an attitude about it. When I went back to the counter for a refund the guy at the counter said they don’t do refunds when the girl that made my drink told me I could do, now they are lying and just leaving me completely unsatisfied. I asked to speak to a manager and he stated he was the manager and was trying to be funny and gone say “if you go to Starbucks would they remake your drink” completely out of character for somebody that is suppose to be a manager. Disappointed by Poor Service and Early Closure

I had a really disappointing experience at Kokee Tea in Lenox Square. Despite their posted closing time being 8:00 PM, they shut down at 7:32 PM while there was still a line of customers waiting. Instead of serving the people who were already in line, the staff told everyone to leave. It’s really frustrating to show up expecting service during business hours, only to be turned away early without explanation or apology. If the store consistently closes before 8, the hours should be updated. Otherwise, it just feels disrespectful to loyal customers who make the effort to show up.
