I’m here to give an honest review .
I will say going up to Shake Shack in the food court area. The cashier was extremely nice , customer service skills were awesome. She was super sweet. Her name was Joe and the manager that was there with her, his name was Eric. They were really nice to me and very patient with me, due to the fact, this was my first time actually ordering a meal from Shake shack. They gave me some of their favorite choices on the menu, excluding the burgers (the burgers are super great to me). She recommended chicken shack, I believe it was about $8.00 for the sandwich ONLY A and’s the fries address about $4.00, they’re sold separately and I will honestly say, I did not personally like it due to the fact, I like my chicken sandwiches seasoned with the sweet and salty taste. But try it at your own cost.
CONS: The crispy chicken sandwich was extremely bland. It comes with lettuce, mayo, and pickles. I chose no pickles, but it didn’t have any seasoning on the chicken breast, the sandwich tasted like mayo and that’s it. I got a side of honey mustard just give it a little kick or some type of taste and the honey mustard sauce was bland as well.
PROS: I ordered their fries which I’ve always ordered their fries, but their fries only due to the greasy burgers and the fries were amazing! THE FRIES NEVER MISS,...
Read moreAs a New Yorker visiting a friend in Buckhead, I was excited to introduce them to Shake Shack, a food chain I’ve always enjoyed back home. After a long flight, I was looking forward to a quick, satisfying bite. Unfortunately, this visit turned out to be a huge letdown.
We ordered a veggie burger and a beef burger, both of which were incredibly dry—imagine a cactus in the desert, and you’ll get the idea. Besides patty there was nothing inside. There wasn’t a single drop of sauce , to salvage the meal. No veggies nothing just a patty The lack of flavor and moisture made it nearly inedible.
To make matters worse, the staff at the counter gave off an unwelcoming vibe, almost as if there was a sense of reverse snobbery. Not wanting to create a scene, we decided to trash the food and move on with our day.
I know Shake Shack is capable of so much better—their burgers are usually juicy, flavorful, and worth every penny. This experience, however, was far from that standard. I hope the franchise takes note and invests in better training for their staff to uphold the brand’s reputation.
This was, without a doubt, the worst $50 I’ve ever spent on a meal. I’d advise others to steer clear of this location until...
Read moreI am never coming back here on a weekday. I went on a Monday about three. I made a mobile order and it was supposed to be ready at 3:15. I waited and waited and name was never called. I never saw the employee put the truffle sauce in the bag so I didn't think the order placed on the shelf was actually mine. I finally asked a girl that had stopped putting food in bags to clean the counters without changing gloves. Turns out the bag on the shelf was mine! She shoved it at me without a word. I looked and there was no truffle sauce. I told her and again she didn't speak. She looked and they were out so she asked the guy in the back for one. He filled it up then she handed it to me without a word. I said thank you and again no words came out of her mouth. Working a minimum wage job and hating your life is no reason to be rude to customers. She needs to find a new job if she hates dealing with the public so much. It's a shame because the guy on Sunday was very friendly. I will probably...
