I don't like leaving bad reviews but this place is need of better management. My office is walking distance to the food court so I've gone here probably 15 times over the last year. I would say at least a third of the times I've gone, they are out of at least one meat at that time. (in that they don't have it cooked, or even cooking but you can wait 15 minutes for them to cook it.) It seems like they will completely run out of something before they start cooking it. The last three times I've gone, they have been out of the cooked onion and peppers every time and they were out of chicken one of those three times. Today they were out of the Brisket. They guy in front of me told me they had been out of brisket four consecutive times he has come to get. It is about a 5 minute walk to this location but because it is so unreliable in what you can get, I will get in my car and drive to a different location. I recently visited the Chipotle at Lenox Mall (3393 Peachtree Road, Atlanta, GA 30326) and had a very unpleasant experience. Upon opening my bowl, I discovered a hair in my food. When I went back to address the issue, the employee at the register responded in a rude and dismissive manner. Instead of apologizing, she insinuated the hair could be mine and claimed no one with black hair was serving.
I requested a refund, as I no longer wanted to eat there, but she refused and offered only to replace the bowl. She then rudely moved on to the next customer without addressing my concerns properly. This is not how customers should be treated when they have a legitimate complaint, and it’s especially disappointing as this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service at this location.

When I ordered my food, there was no sour cream, or vinaigrette available, I ordered, chicken bowl with double chicken, chips and guacamole, totaling $18.
When I finally sat down to eat, the chicken had an odd taste to it like it was burned, or the grill wasn’t cleaned properly. I ate a couple bites, finished the chips but could not finish chicken because taste was over powering and I began to feel ill.
On break I went back and asked for a refund or voucher just on the chicken brown not chips . Alyse had me open container and determined she was not given a refund or voucher .
In Alyse’s defense she offered another bowl, but with whatever was going on with the chicken I would have rather come back at another time not to mention missing condiments.
