I frequent this location and it seems that for every pleasant experience there is an unpleasant one. Today I received extremely rude tone from a worker, as the person working the drive through tried to fulfill my request for a new drink because the one beforehand we agreed was made incorrectly. She proceeded to give me attitude (either she didnāt realize my drink was done wrong, or didnāt care) as I remained polite which was unbecoming to say the least. Abel (I believe is his name) was working the window and apologized on her behalf as he also noticed her rude tone, which was ironic considering he was the one who went out of their way to correct the mistake. As a person who works in the service industry myself, I can sympathize with the struggle of dealing with hard to please guests. However, todayās encounter was nothing more than a display of unnecessary rudeness and lack of accountability, which shouldnāt be excused. I applaud Abel for his understanding and remaining pleasant (hence why this review isnāt getting 1 star). This location needs to do a better job paying/treating their employees if they plan on retaining people that are fit to satisfy guests and further the business, while simultaneously reducing so much turnover. If this trend continues, many will be taking their business elsewhere,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUsually I visit the drive thru of this Starbucks frequently every weekend before work and I usually have a good experience but this morning was horrible. To begin with, the worker in the speaker is ver unprofessional greeting customers with āwhatās upā not even hello⦠that shouldāve been red flag #1. I told him I had 2 different mobile orders under 2 different names and he said okay to pull up. I get to the window, the worker at the window hands me one of the orders and Iām waiting for the other order of an iced coffee and sandwich which the worker didnāt know about??? Iām confused because I told the other worker at the speaker I had 2 different orders and I spent 15 min in line and almost 10 minutes waiting for my orders. The worker at the window kept asking me whatās the name of the order after I ALREADY TOLD THEM MORE THAN 5 TIMES! Turns out my order was sitting on the pick up counter inside and my breakfast sandwich was cold and the iced coffee was already watery. I donāt know what is going on with this location suddenly but their workers seem to lack professionalism, communication, and efficiency. The worker at the window wasnāt even bothering to help her coworkers she just kept standing around. Will not be returning. I receive better service at the Starbucks reserve...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst Starbucks Iāve ever been toā¦not even the Starbucks in the 3rd world countries are this bad. Theyāre slow unorganized and have no clue of whatās going on. First off I ordered a pike roast size grande with āsteamed oatmilkā & a coffee cake and the Cashier insisted he charge me for the steamed oat milkā¦which Iāve never been charged for āsteamed oat milkā at no Starbucks in America(or the world) that Iāve ever been to. Second, there was only a little bit of pike roast left, not even enough to make a half of cup and the barista didnāt care about what I wanted and just mixed my pike roast along with dark roast for whatever reason. When I told her thatās not what I ordered and that I didnāt want my coffee mixed she had an attitude and gave me all items separately to make my own cup of coffee myself. Guess she was having a bad morning. Third, after waiting so patiently for my warm coffee cake that I orderedā¦it wasnāt until I approach the counter to see if my coffee cake was ready 10 minutes later just to find out that I was charged for a coffee cake that wasnāt even availableā¦I guess the cashier was having a bad morning also. I kindly asked for a refund for the coffee cake and threw away the cup of coffee...
