McDonald's — Restaurant in Atlantic City

I would not go here again! I was parked, to wait for my order because I asked for fresh well done fries.

When my order came, I had no straws , no sauce and I didn't even get the bacon cheese fries I ordered.

The man was nice enough to fix it and go get me bacon cheese fries... He asked for my receipt , even thought we already went over the order at the window(same guy). If anything I thought he would refund me and make sure I got the correct fries, since I already waited 15 mins for a wrong order!

I got home only to discover I had no bacon on my fries, and all the fries I ordered fresh and well done, are soggy nasty fries. They were not fresh at all.

Also they charged me 3.00 extra for asking for quarter lb on meat, instead of the tiny burgers they put on the Bacon BiG Mac. I don't think changing from big Mac burger meat to quarter lb meat should be a 3.00 upcharge. All other McDonald's are either free or at most 1.50!!! For all that they could keep the big Mac meat on there and give me quarter lb meat , if I have to pay an extra 3.00!

Lastly, I ordered a quarter lb meal, my bun top is falling apart. Usually you see this with stale buns.

McDonald's is just robbing your money and giving you soggy old food.

If you are from around this area, I'd rather go out of my way to the Absecon McDonald's, you always get fresh well done fries and for the most part what you order is correct,...

I travel all over the world and have been a McDonald’s patron for many decades and spend thousands of dollars at stores throughout the country for my both my large family and many employees. My recent experience at this store was the rudest and reckless experience at any mcdonnalds EVER!!! In fact the manger accused my family of eating a poorly completed item and then returning it when I demonstrated it was impossible to have eaten it. They then replaced it with and equally poorly completed item. When I then complained the asst mgr then simply gave me my money back because he didn’t want to admit to his poor performance because he replaced the item himself. If you can eat somewhere else I would recommend doing. , the problem is they have a local monopoly in Atlantic City because there’s no other mcdonnalds, Burger King or Wendy’s in the area. The management is so poorly trained I doubt they ever attended any meaningful customer service training. The owner is apparently too greedy to hire the appropriate staff and quite frankly could careless as long as the register continues to ring all day given there’s no immediate competition in the area without driving a few miles. I even asked for the regional mgr which they refused to give me, but rather referred to a local number where’s is simply the local owner since most stores ...

this might be the best McDonald's that i have been to...shockingly it's located in the heart Atlantic City, nearish to the beach, casinos, and outlet shopping.

maybe we caught them on a great day, but this Mickey Ds hit the spot after a long day of summer heat at the beach, day drinking, casino shenanigans, etc.

at 3 am, this McDonalds location was very clean. it's one of the newer looking 'Donalds. spacious layout. high ceilings. lots of seating options for solo eaters, couples, small groups, and larger squads. there are touchscreen kiosks for ordering if you don't feel like being helped at the counter. you can order via the McDonalds app as well. and there is drive-they ordering, too.

the food? well prepared. the fries were crispy and crunchy, salted well and tasted like they came right of the fryer. and let's be honest fries right of the fryer are heaven. the McNuggets were tender, crunchy, and not dry. the cheeseburgers were cheesy, meaty, and not a disappointment. overall, the food really hit the spot especially if you're HANGRY at 3 am and need the sustenance of fast comfort food.

the staff were energetic and friendly at 3 am. No complaints about them.

before heading here, i read Yelp complaints about this location about it being dirty and full of homeless people, but I observed none of that.
