I Made an online order before arriving at this location. I pulled up to the drive thru window after given my name at the speaker. I was not greeted at the window then waited at the window to get my drink. We were told to pull up to park in a parking spot. Unsure why when I order way ahead of time for my food to be ready upon arrival. Me and my husband waited 10 mins for our food which was a biggie bag BLT crispy chicken sandwich meal w/ only mayo and a crispy chicken w/ pickles. Nothing crazy. I had to go inside the store to get my order even though it was just sitting on the counter. So my order was ready but not given to me right when it was ready. I walked to my car and double checked my order just for it to be completely wrong. We were given two hamburgers instead. So I proceeded to walk back in the store waited for manager to greet us or ask if there was an issue with an order. When we told her the issue, she question us if we want it remade or not and we proceed yes because it is not what we ordered. She takes the receipt, Hands to the board person. just for the board person question what the order is. I am not sure if this board/ cook employee can read English or not but if they can’t read English, why are they making orders? Bc the manger had to repeat what the sandwiches were over and over in English. How frustrating that is. On top of that why the manager on duty didn’t double check the order before handing it to me. After we got our order AGAIN it was still incorrect. The BLT chicken sandwich did not have any bacon which makes no sense bc that was on the receipt that was given to them and other chicken sandwich did not have any additional pickles added to the sandwich. Paid $7.58 just for our order to not be correct. Why does this store offer to place an online order for pick up if you are just going to pull up and wait? I would rather go to the Hancock location for better service...

We ordered online around 10:45 PM on a Friday, and by the time we arrived, our food was ready. Since we chose carryout, we had to show our order confirmation to pick up our meal. Everything was neatly packaged and sealed. The portion sizes were still normal--not downsized like at some other fast-food places. I also appreciated that we could add extra condiments and toppings free of charge.
Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Ketchup, Mustard, Pickles, & Onion ($6.19): This was just okay. The chicken was a bit bland and not spicy at all. The pickles, however, added a nice pop of flavor and texture.
Classic Chicken Sandwich with Ketchup, Mustard, & Onion ($6.19): I expected this to be the same as the spicy version, but surprisingly, it was much better. The chicken had more flavor, was crispier, and even seemed bigger.
Son Baconator with Pickle, Tomato, Lettuce, Mustard, & Onion ($3): Wendy's had a promo for this sandwich, so we gave it a try. For $3, it was a steal! The sandwich was delicious, and the hamburger patties were juicy. This ended up being my favorite of the three.
10-Piece Spicy Garlic Parmesan Nuggets ($5.99): These nuggets were drenched in sauce, yet the breading stayed intact, which was impressive. The flavors were good, though a bit salty and intense--definitely something you'd want to eat with...
Read moreOn 16 June 2018 at approximately 4:40pm, I placed an order inside for a single hamburger. I was on lunch break. At 4:47 I told the manager that my lunch is almost over, I have to go. No response. At 4:49 with no burger in sight, I told the manager I have to go, and I did. I work across the parking lot. At 8;30pm, I returned. I stood in line and when I saw the same manager, I waved to get his attention. He smiled. I asked if my burger was ready yet. He said, "I don't know." and vanished. I returned to the line and before I could talk to the cashier, the manager appeared with a bag and handed it to me. I asked, "What's this?" He said, "It's your burger you walked away from earlier today." I said, "Actually, I waited for nearly 10 minutes and ran out of time." He dropped the bag and mumbled something. I asked what did he say. He said "Enjoy!" and winked, then vanished. I asked the cashier what the managers name is. He said he could not tell me. There is no way I'm eating this or anything else from that store again. I've worked in the same shopping center for 10 years. I guess customer service doesn't matter anymore. You lost a...
