Formula Espresso — Restaurant in Baltimore

Unfortunately was super dissatisfied with this visit. My significant other and I ordered two croissant sandwiches, coffee and a danish dessert. The service was INCREDIBLY slow. My coffee was made the exact same as my boyfriend’s when I asked for vanilla syrup add in. Our croissant sandwiches were microwaved… They were soggy and we could have made better at home. We also were asked “do you want your Danish toasted?” We said yes but they forgot to give us our danish with our order and then refused to heat it up last minute because of time. Bottom line, too expensive for the quality of food...

Formula Espresso is attached to the Royla Sonesta where we stayed. The food is not made fresh at the establishment but brought in. We ordered breakfast the one morning and while it tasted fine they recommended for it to be warmed up as it was kept refrigerated such as the muffins. Mine was still cold in the center even after warming up.

Staff was super nice but it would be nice for the price to have food made in house and not just brought in a sold like a convenience store. Too expensive even for the convenience. Lots of options near by you...

Bought a feta and spinach croissant and noticed the dough was not fully cooked while I was eating it.
