Came in and ordered a coffee with steamed milk and a mocha. We left only to realize the mocha was just milk with too much syrup. When I returned to the location (major inconvenience) I told the girl working that they forgot the shots of espresso and what I did receive was not good. I asked if I could switch to a vanilla latte. She told me that a mocha doesn’t include coffee, that it was basically hot chocolate!! But when I looked at the menu, hot chocolate was listed right under mocha! That was my second clue that she did not know what she was doing! So I proceeded to again tell her that I wanted to change it to a plain vanilla latte (which was cheaper than the mocha BTW). She began to ring me up and was about to charge me for the replacement drink. I kindly told her that I was not going to pay for a drink when she messed up my first drink. All I wanted was a simple replacement. So she proceeded to take my order and make the drink. When I received the drink, it was basically watered down. Like 1 shot of espresso to 11 oz of milk and zero froth of a traditional latte.

In short, I spent over $20 (stupid me tipped before I got the drink) on the worst coffee I think I’ve ever had! This place has a cute theme, good location and ok service, but DO NOT go there if you’re looking for good coffee. Even my basic drip coffee with steamed milk tasted like dirty water and not a bit like coffee. I wasted time and money at Acadia Perk. **the picture is the...

I’m not sure if we were there on an off-day, but both of our drinks were extremely disappointing and lacking flavor.

My partner’s Pumpkin Spice Latte with an extra shot (they normally only include one espresso shot in their lattes.. first disappointment!) came out suspiciously fast, was cold, and had such little flavor it tasted as if La Croix was in charge of the taste department.

The Maple Chai Latte I ordered was fine on temperature but definitely not piping hot and also had a remarkable lack of flavor, in both the chai and the maple.

The workers were friendly and we had high hopes after so many good reviews, but we did not have a great experience. They seemed to be having hot water issues as they weren’t offering Americanos or Hot Teas… so wondering if this played into it? Either way, we spent nearly $20 on two 12oz lattes that were not as satisfying...

Coming into town I had heard this place was really good and was excited to stop by but was extremely disappointed by everything. I got a small iced vanilla latte, figuring that it would be hard to mess that up, but boy was I wrong. It was disgustingly sweet and tasted like water, no taste of coffee at all and for an extremely high price of $7 which is ridiculous. We came first thing in the morning so there is no excuse for the espresso to be THAT bad. I figured when ordering that it would come with whole milk unless stated otherwise and when I got mine and the lady took the next order she asked what kind of milk they wanted and when they said whole she said they didn't have whole milk. So what did I get? No clue. Definitely the worst coffee I have ever had. If i tasted it prior to leaving I would have said something. Don’t waste your time...

Honestly I was so disappointed by the lattes we got here. The line was super long and took forever, but that was just because there was only one worker there that day. She was doing her best and I appreciated how friendly she still was! We tried a blueberry lavender latte and a blueberry macchiato. Both were far too sweet. The espresso tasted awful because they had pulled a bunch of espresso shots at the beginning of the day and were just portioning them in as needed. I get taking steps for efficiency, but espresso HAS to be made fresh for each drink. The drinks were also very expensive. Do not come here if you are into coffee and understand how it is made.

cutest little place right off the main street in Bar Harbor! it's really small, but the baristas were very kind and super quick at filling orders to keep everyone moving. I got their staple drink, an iced blueberry macchiato, and it was so good! my friend got the blueberry lavender latte, and it was delicious also. the prices are a little steep (I paid almost $8 including tax for my medium drink, plus the tip suggestions on card purchases are very high), but it's a touristy spot so that's to be expected. overall, it's a fun little vacation splurge!
