First off, their promptness on food prep was too long (45mins). Secondly the cheese stix appetizer was cooked in what had to be days old burnt greese so much soall you could taste was old burnt crushed, they even smelt like it. Third, the rolls weren't even halfway cooked, they were raw. After these first three things no manager ever came to apologize or even acknowledge us. When the food finally came out, it was cooked way way too much on one side too the point of being hard as shoe soles. The portions are way too small considering the prices. My mashed potatoes were not even room temp and the mack and cheese was dry. It of the three of us we didn't eat half of it it was so bad. The grade of streaks weren't good cuts. You need to use higher quality meat considering what you charge. The manager should probably make rounds to the customers instead of standing up front hanging out with the servers. We sat near the kitchen door and the restaurant needs the health department to check on things because from what we seen, the kitchen looked as though corporate and the health department hasn't visited in at least a year. I would be ashamed if it was my establishment. My friends had to go to Wendy's to get food because it was so horrible. I on the other hand, hadn't eaten all day and lost my appetite after this. Oh, and when the bill came knowing all the problems with the food, they still tried to charge us for the cheese sticks. The entire meal should've been compted considering everything. Maybe if the manager would've taken the time to stop and see us we wouldn't have spent $100.00 on food that was not good enough for human consumption. Read moreParty of 2.. One hour after being seated our dinner is finally served.. I ordered a medium rare filet, and received a Luke warm medium well sirloin. At this point I was full of bread and salad. I sent the steak back and asked for the check. I received the check and noticed a random charge for a shot we never ordered or received. Our server apologized and fixed the billing issue. During most of our wait Manager Tony sat with a table of other guests who was seated after us and got their meal way before we did. I brought this to the servers attention hoping she would have a manager come chat with us so we could let him know about our poor experience here. Never happened, so we just paid the bill and left. The place wasn’t packed and there seemed to be plenty of servers, several other tables were seated after us and served before us as well so idk what the issue was. After we left and were heading back to the interstate we noticed 4 or 5 servers/employees hanging out behind the restaurant. Maybe they were on break? Maybe Tony should have been keeping an eye on his staff instead of hanging out at a table for 45 minutes while others were waiting an hour for sub par food and mediocre service.

It was around 2-3 p.m. dead house maybe one other group in there at the time we got our drinks placed our order. Food was okay a little on the warm side rather than warm. Never got any refills the whole 35-40 mins we was there. One of the people I was with didn’t hardly eat anything and wanted to take it home we asked for a box but after about 15-20 mins we had to get up and let someone else know we needed a box and already asked for one. The lady rolled her eyes and brought one out. Another couple came in older dressed nicer then we was (it was a lazy day for us) was greeted and seemed like they were way more welcome then us. Our bill came out to $90 which was awful for the food and experience we have had. I paid Without saying anything. My girlfriend called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager his name was Kenny and he promised us and looked up how I paid and took down info and said we would get a full refund. That also never happened. It seems this place has been going downhill for awhile now and they don’t care about there customers and only say and do things to make them happy or resolve the situation at that time.
