McDonald's — Restaurant in Barboursville

This McDonald’s is the poorest excuse for a McDonald’s. Something so simple and they can’t even do it. I asked for no whip cream on my milkshake and sure enough after a thirty minute wait in the drive-thru there was. I asked the person waiting on me, which happened to be the manager, to remake it. She went over, put my milkshake by the trash and scraped it off. I asked her if she did that or made a new one, obviously knowing the answer, and she lied to my face and said she made a new one. It being later in the evening I wasn’t going to sit there and fight with her because the people behind me have been waiting an excessive amount of time too, so I decided to call. I asked for the manager and of course she answered. I asked to talk to another manager because she obviously is a liar and does not have good work ethic and she denied my request. I then told her lying to me was unacceptable and asked for her name. Her name was Tianna. She told me that if I didn’t like how they ran the store, I shouldn’t come back. I was so taken back with her response. I told her that was not good customer service and being a supervisor, I would never talk to my customers as such. She then responded with, “we are hiring if you want to come apply.” I told her I had a good job that I didn’t need to apply for McDonald’s. What a night! While waiting at the window for my food, some guy leaped toward the front counter from the back goofing off. Back in the kitchen area the were singing, laughing inappropriately and disrespectfully singing "Amazing Grace" and "Jesus Loves Me". I sat there awhile and drive thru was backed around the building. I ordered 2 large fries which were cold, reheated and alot of bits and pieces, 2 cheeseburgers ketchup only so no ketchup and burgers and buns were cold and burgers definitely old. Also double quarter pounder, large coke and fish filet which were as should be. When the girl working the drive thru yelled back and said they were going to be cooking to order that should have alerted me then. Worst experience of any drive thru ever. The SLOWEST Mcdonalds ever!!!I was the only person in line in the store, 2 cars in the drive thru.I counted 7 employees.Manager standing outside of entrance smoking.It took the snail 3 minutes to ask my order.It took another 13 minutes to receive it.I asked if I had to pour my own coffee and oj. She slowly got them.She literally stacked everything like a pyramid.It tumbled and one of the big breakfast busted on the floor. The worker was flirting with some old codger just hanging around. I peeped around him and asked for another breakfast. As I was tellibg her how I was upset at the actions and slowness of the restaurant, the codger piped in and asked what I was talking about!!
