I used to come here for the beef noodle soup before it became Ruby Thai and it was awesome. I'd look forward to my spicy beef noodle soup whenever work or play brought me close to the MOA.

Now, however, the noodle soups are merely an afterthought. They appear to not want you to get them and they prioritize everything else (their buffet style premade stuff) above the noodle soups. After I ordered from the lady at the counter who looked like she would like to kill me for ordering a noodle soup, I stood there waiting for "it will be about 10 minutes". One other person was foolish enough to order the same thing a few customers later and we both stood there while customers of the other food streamed past. After about 15 minutes, they STARTED to boil the noodles. Finally after standing around for about 35 minutes, I got my noodle bowl. It was horrendous. I mean, the noodles were ok. The soup was tasty but the spicy beef chunks were inedible. They were hard and dry which is incredible for something that's been supposedly simmering for hours in oil and soup. I don't think I've had anything this bad.

I hope for their sake that their other food is better than my noodle soup but having seen the overall rating for this place, I suspect that it is not.

Never ever come here. Especially not for the spicy beef...

Spicy grilled chicken paired with Pad Mien noodles and a spot overlooking the lego display are an unbeatable combination. Noodles, one entree, and a soda make for a tasty meal under $10.

Food - Generous noddle and rice portions. Fair entree portions (smaller tray compartments). The noodles are lightly seasoned and not overpowering with soy sauce or veggies. Spicy grilled chicken has light veggies in it but is very spicy with lots of pepper flakes and seeds visible. Ordered a Sierra Mist to drink.

Staff - I have eaten here on three separate occasions and found the service to be different each time. Time of day and amount of traffic play a part. On busy days around meal time, I found the staff to be rushing you through and not overly friendly. In the afternoon/slow time, the staff are more relaxed and may carry on a conversation.

Overall, a favorite of mine when I want something...

Food was good but this place is not. First off they are pushy and rude. They shove you through like a stressed out assembly line. Scream at you when you’re trying to look at the food and make a decision. They get nasty if you ask them something. They also add on a bunch of bogus charges to your bill which you don’t catch at that time cause your being pushed, shoved and rushed and don’t have time to process, you just pay and hope for the best. I checked my receipt when I got home and there are “miscellaneous” charges on there. How could there be, we ordered 5 meals and 4 drinks, 3 egg rolls. That’s it! What’s the miscellaneous charged twice at $1.00 each. Then if you get shrimp or fish in your meal they charge an extra $1.50 per order. No where is that stated. Or maybe it is but you don’t have time to even see it cause you have 4.5 seconds from start to finish or...

I like Thai food so i was interested in this place when i saw the word Thai in front. I ordered Pad Thai but it has a very weird taste and watery conpared to pad thai i had in Thailand and other restaurants in US before. Other than that i dont see much food that is genuinely from Thailand. I came back in the other dat and ordered some rice with bang bang chicken and fish but the rice was too dry. It was not well cooked. And they charged more money when i added fish but i didnt notice. They didnt say that on the menu either. The only place you could see was a small label in the glass wall that covered the food. I came back one more time today and ordered some noodle and mango chicken. It was okay. Everything here seems deep fried and covered with sweet sauce but it is fine to me. I still like it sometimes. And this is a food court, not restaurant.

First of all, this is not Thai food, so don't get it wrong. They do serve some sort of Pad Thai, but that is a special order thing. They whip up a few variations of the standard mall-style Chinese place food. I had the Bourbon Chicken (they may have called it Thai Chicken) and the Spicy Chicken with a side of vegetables. Both were excellent. The Spicy Chicken is full of flavor. The vegetables are not heavily cooked and still have a lot of crunch to them, which some people may not like. The portions are large and if you avoid the fried dishes, this is a very healthy spot for a quick bite.
