Food is great and pricing is reasonable. I've been here a couple times and have enjoyed it everytime. Hence the return.
Went in for a birthday dinner with my siblings. It was busy when we went in and we were seated tucked in a corner table. We were a larger group consisting of 9. We knew there was quite a few of us so we were patient and didn't complain even though the ordering took 30 minutes before being taken and food taking an hour. Which is average timing during dinner rush.
Unfortunately the service was poorly handled. Our server was trying to make small talks but the comments made were disappointing. Comments were: After our server placed our order to the kitchen staff, he walked by our table and stated "When I put the order in, I didn't realize that you guys ordered a lot of food. You guys have a big order." We did order a couple appetizers (5) to share and meal for each one of us. As we were busy eating and chewing our food, he walked by and said, "You guys are quiet, I'm not good with quiet." When I had asked for the checks, I stated to the server that when he had a moment, to please grab our checks. I had asked for the checks to be split (which usually servers will ask at the beginning of taking orders and this wasn't asked). The server came back with thr ENTIRE check and had asked me to mark what I am paying for. I questioned him and he clarified that he was busy with getting another tables food out first so for me to mark mine food and he'll ask the rest of the people at the table to repeat the step. I understand that it was busy but this made me feel as though our group was of a nuisance to him to take care of because we were a larger group. We ended up resolving our own dilemma of splitting the check ourselves.
Our drinks weren't even asked to be refilled throughout our meal. Our server communicated to us as he was walking pass our table. He rarely came up to our table to check up on us.
Service should be about making the people feel like they are being taken care off and not feel like they are in the way. All people should be treated and...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Cadillac Ranch, and let me tell you—this place knows how to deliver a burger and fries experience that stands above the rest!
The Burger: From the moment the plate hit the table, I could tell I was in for a treat. The burger was an absolute masterpiece. The brioche bun was golden, slightly toasted, and soft yet sturdy enough to hold the incredible combination of flavors inside. The beef patty was perfectly cooked—juicy, flavorful, and seasoned just right with a slight char that added a smoky depth.
Toppings were fresh and thoughtfully layered. Crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onions provided a refreshing crunch, while the melted cheddar (or your cheese of choice) added a rich, gooey texture. The star of the toppings was their house-made aioli, which brought a tangy, savory kick that tied everything together perfectly. I opted to add bacon, which was crispy and smoky, making the burger even more indulgent.
The Fries: The side of fries was equally impressive. Golden and crispy on the outside, tender on the inside—these were no ordinary fries. They were seasoned just enough to enhance the natural potato flavor without overpowering it. I paired them with the ranch dressing, which was clearly made in-house, as it had a creamy, herbaceous quality that elevated every bite.
The Experience: What truly sets Cadillac Ranch apart is the attention to detail. The presentation of the food was inviting, and the portion size was generous without being overwhelming. The service was impeccable; our server ensured everything was to our liking and even recommended a craft beer that paired perfectly with the meal.
Final Thoughts: Cadillac Ranch delivers the ultimate burger and fries experience. The balance of flavors, quality ingredients, and stellar service make this a meal I’ll be dreaming about until my next visit. If you’re looking for a spot that takes classic comfort food to the next level, Cadillac Ranch is it....
Read moreWe made a reservation the night before, as we did have a large group, which I called and spoke to the manager to confirm they could accommodate us. We arrive, our table wasn't ready, that's fine. We get seated they had ONE server for a 22 person reservation. We gave our drink and food orders right away and waited 40 minutes for our drinks. In the mean time we see servers walking around aimlessly, two managers about the restaurant, and our server is running from table to table. Let me just say, our server was GREAT. Our issues are with the lack of support she received from anyone at this restaurant, that the bartender took incredibly too long for an order of drinks, and the cooks didn't do thier portion properly. As she brought over our initial drinks some went ahead and ordered another round to have the order in, those came back incorrect. When the food was brought out she had one other server helping to carry a tray. No one else helped. A guest IN OUR PARTY got up and helped this woman deliver plates, silverware, salt/pepper etc. There were several people who ordered burgers, myself included, and not one person ordered RARE... we all got rare burgers. The only time a manager approached our table was when there was an issue with their QR payment option amd they thought aber of our party didn't pay, which they had. We had better service and food the night prior at Hooters! Save your money and choose...
