Tatte Bakery & Cafe | High St — Restaurant in Boston

I used to like Tatte and have ordered many special order cakes so far. I needed to know the ingredients, so sent the message to the customer service, but they ignored it, so I sent a message to one of the staffs here. He didn’t answer once, but replied like this after a few emails. ‘I forwarded your request and contact email to our Bakery and made my district manager aware that you are needing a response. These items we do not make in the individual cafes but at our commissary here in Boston. If you had an allergy concern, I could find that out for you such as if there are tree nuts, dairy, etc. However, I do not have access to the recipes/ingredient list at the commissary. I honestly do not know if it is something we share? I'm trying to get you in contact with someone that can help you.’

Of course, there’s no answer from anywhere, so manager also ignored customer’s question. Is this place selling the products that cannot disclose the ingredients? I cannot...

Tatte is a well-known bakery and cafe with many branches in Massachusetts and Washington D.C. I visited their High Street Boston location, which was located near many modes of public transport making it easy to get to. When you enter the cafe, you will find a clean and modern environment perfect for a meal or just a quick coffee. Every time I visit Boston for work, I come here for lunch because the food is excellent, and there is a vast selection. It does get very busy around lunch time, so my recommendation would be to come before or after the lunch rush.

I have always had the halloumi salad which is stellar, and I have tried their soup and pastries. I am also a vegetarian and they have a lot of selections. If the Halloumi salad wasn't so great, I'm sure I would have tried more items.
