So I walk over to order food (I work in the area). I wasn't aware the lobby wasn't just closed to seating,but to ordering as well (unusual for this area). I stand outside and it takes me about 10 minutes to download, setup and order from the app. I am on foot, so I tell the app that I am already there for pickup and give it a description of "the vehicle" (me). For those unfamiliar with ordering like this, it is so the employee who comes out with your order knows what car to look for... Thus fully implying that you are NOT going through the drive thru (as the description would be fully unnecessary at that point). The app tells me they are now making my food. 15 minutes later I call the store to find out where my food is. I get told I have to go through the drive thru to check in. I told them that I had checked in on the app. It asked if I was there, I told it that I was and it told me they were making my food. For what felt like forever we went back and forth. I have to go through the DRIVE thru... buy I don't have a vehicle, I am on foot. How am I supposed to know I am supposed tp stand in a driveway between cars when I checked in on the app already. The employee ends up yelling at me and telling me that they don't know, but everyone else can figure it out (they chose the Drive Thru option, I did not). Now, I get a 30 minute lunch so I ask for my money back, because clearly they aren't going to make my food and I get told no. I have to go through the app. I have tried sending email, texts, calling... No response.or acknowledgement. Money taken from my account. Order never filled. Yelled at by the store. Read moreI have been to this location 3 times in the last month. Each time the staff that are working the drive up are highly unprofessional. They get upset when you point out the obvious they gave you the complete wrong food. The food as only been right one time out of the last 3 times. Sauces not put in bag, nuggets are the hot ones instead of regular nuggets, sandwiches the complete wrong ones. Today they gave us the complete wrong order out the drive up window . Then they proceeded to yell back out the window that it was the right one . I had to point out we didn't order two chicken sandwiches and show it to them before they would agree. They then took the food back through the window, which is against the law to do and then walked the bag strait out to the car that was pulled up ahead of us. They then took all of our order and squished it into one bag which was two 5 dollar biggie bags in which the nuggets where very old and ice cold, the sandwiches where soaked in grease both inside and outside the wrapper was covered with even more grease. The employee working the drive up need to be written up and retrained or removed from their jobs as soon as possible. The manager of this location needs to spend a lot of time on the evening shift fixing these issues...

My spouse and I travel to this location to pick up an order the order was completely inaccurate the hamburger was undercooked and pink which is a dangerous health concern besides the fact that the order was incorrect. I made a very respectful call to the manager who advised me that quote unquote I don't know how it goes here. She stated that during the Branson season that they hire people from the Dominican Republic and they're having issues with training this was an attempt at discrediting my issue and deflecting from her failure as a manager to make sure orders go out accurately. I have a picture and I will be going to speak with either the franchise owner or the general manager or corporate tomorrow first thing in the morning.
