I know it's tough being a Subway franchisee (seriously it's rough), and in fairness, I've seen the owners running the line on multiple occasions. But their revolving door of employees appears indicative of a larger problem, salary.
I myself, have fallen in love with at least, 10 employees at this location and everytime I come back to confess my feelings, they're no longer employed there. If you're going to hire the most beautiful women this world has ever seen, then pay them adequately enough to stay. But that's a "Me Problem" as it's been described to me, and I'm not at subway to find the girl of my dreams.
All things considered, there is a reason why this Subway is the only "fast(ish) food" available in Breckenridge, because they're solid. In fact, I my first job ever, was working at this very shop.
However, the red onions could get turned-over slightly more often, but that's true of all subway locations and I'm not gonna nickle-and-dime them for that.
I'm no foodie, I'm only writing this review because I get Google Store credits, but overall?
9/10

I was struck by the interesting fact that the footlong was less expensive than the 6 inch. However as the rest of subway prices are listed with the 6 first and the 12 inch second and the double calories were under the $5.69 price, I thought it was perhaps a promo. To be sure, I asked before ordering with the question: “Is the foot long $5.69?” The gentleman helping me confirmed it was.
At checkout they charged me $7.69, I mentioned that I had just asked him the price and that was not right price, and he against all logic insisted that the $5.69 Listed in the picture clearly applied to the 6 inch… Which for obvious reasons was inaccurate signage...
He insisted I pay the full price in spite of the sign, and in spite of the fact that I had just asked him the price before ordering. And was entirely unwilling to admit that the sign was inaccurate.
The sandwich was good, but I am very displeased with the...
Read moreI live in breck but avoid this subway at all costs. However today I was looking for a quick snack to eat before work and figured subway would be the quickest.. HA. Consistently the WORST subway location I've ever been to.. Rude employees, long lines, no wonder they seem to hate their jobs when two employees are facing a line of 20+ people. The woman running the cash register was especially rude. To add to that, none of the employees spoke any English, or atleast pretended not to. They don't accept coupons of any variety at this location which is very misleading when are advertised as a participating restaurant. I would honestly rather drive to Frisco or Silverthorne just so I don't have to cross paths with this disgraceful...
