I’ve enjoyed this location cause it’s convenient and fast. People here were so nice with online orders never had issues always had it when I got there ready. They knew who I was and what I was in there everytime. This shift was so extremely nice and considerate. Until I had an order a few times from this location in Catoosa. This time it was a different person there. I asked them for my order they didn’t have it fully ready so I sat down (remind you I’m the only one there) so I sit towards the front so I can see when it was ready and can grab it. So I’m waiting about 15 minutes and I’m on a timer cause I have to deliver it. I don’t see or hear anyone for a bit then finally this individual comes out and asks “ma’am are you needing something?” I said yes my order so she walks off and comes back saying loudly “ma’am your orders been sitting here this entire time” so extremely rudely to me. I totally understand if your having a bad day don’t get me wrong we all do so I pushed it off as that. So I come back a few days later on the 13th because I have another order and yet again I had this same individual. I wait up at the front sat down. No person in sight so I waited for awhile finally she decided to come out and work. I’m sitting down and she hollered “ma’am if your here for an order you need to come up and tell us so we can finish it up.” So extremely rudely to me… like I said never had a issue with this spot always had it ready never had to do this. I did contact corporate about it and the manager on the 13th let’s hope they look into it and actually do something. I’ve never in my life reported someone but it felt really wrong giving me a bad feeling. I also found out my family had issues at this location about this individual flat out tell them no on a coffee because she didn’t feel like making it flat out saying that. Stopped at this McDonald's at 9:57pm with a bus of 15-20 ppl MGR I believe his name was Adam told us they was closed at I said there's people in lobby and ppl in the Drive thru how are you closed? MGR replied the lobby closed at 10:00 drive thru is open 24hrs so drove bus around to Drive thru and he started giving a lot of other reason about how he couldn't serve us because we're going to mess up there order times so on ans so on and he said he couldn't do serve us unless it was 1 check. Ok good we took the time to right down everyone order and was going to pay with 1 check and to my amazement after going thru all the work he refused to serve us. But you bet if someone don't contact me about this situation there will be more than just this bad review it will be the whole bus. And my company drivers that bring groups to this area will be notified not to visit or use this McDonald's for any reason. I will also be contacting McDonald's corporation/ franchise in regards to how we were treated. And my tour company who frequently visit McDonald's all across the use may boycott McDonald's if nothing is done this was a horrible situation. Read moreThis store is ALWAYS having issues with their nightly "download" during which time they are closed. Tonight, as I have experienced on other nights, they started the download at 1:30 am. I came to the drive thru at 2:40 am. I have been told in the past that it should only take about 20 to 30 minutes, but this was going on for more than an hour, and the guy said it would be another 20 minutes. I asked for a Big Mac meal and he asked for me to come back. I came back at 3:10 am at which time he said they were serving "BREAKFAST ONLY". I was a bit annoyed at this and I complained. Instead of the employee apologizing to me for the inconvenience, he told me I "could leave" because he claims I was "swearing" at him...I don't know, but where I was raised, "frickin" is NOT a swear word. I just wanted a Big Mac and fries, but now, I will NEVER go there again, and I will urge EVERYONE ELSE to go to Burger King or Whataburger instead, including all my Uber riders from Hard Rock! Terrible customer service. Yes, I feel for the guy as I am sure HE was also frustrated at having to turn down so many customers, but that gives him no right to treat me like this.
