I AM EDITING BECAUSE THIS HAS TO BE SAID ON A NEW ORDER! I ordered again and this time i got the french toast sticks YUCK! they were burned and disgusting. DO NOT ORDER FRENCH TOAST STICKS!!!!
Another order..I ordered online and I come here all the time. The workers know me. I actually thought the guy I had problems with was sweet but the second I take my food home I notice I was missing my cookies and my baked potato had no cheese and instead of a frosty they gave me a latte which kids don't like taste of coffee. I didn't want to go back up there. I'm lazy! I noticed 4 cookies was almost 6 dollars so I said we'll I guess I got to go back up there. Even though my food would be cold! I go inside and the young man who I thought was the sweetest most awesome employee ever actually called me a life! He said I know I put 4 cookies in there. Now I watched him get the order ready and there were only 2 cookies in there. When I came back the same 2 cookies were there. He said I know I put them in there. Why would I lie???? I had to leave my hot meal at home to go up there waste all that gas so I could have a kid tell me I'm lying! He told me 3 times well more than that he kept saying but I know I put 4 in there. No the cookie package you put in there was full of forks butter and sour cream! Then he got mad and said what's wrong with the potato..I handed him receipt and he said oh okay I got ya on that so since I had the potato and the drink he couldn't argue saying it was correct. I couldn't show him there was no cookies! I felt horrible he called me a liar! I have never ever complained except one time they made my plain chicken sandwich with everything on it and I gave them back! He wouldn't take back the items they made wrong so I threw in the trash. The manager watched as this young man was arguing calling me a liar and never stepped in. I never even got an apology. He put the stuff on the counter and walked away!!! Very upsetting! I do know there are acum who wants something for nothing..I just wanted what I ordered! I will never be back here. Unfortunately I have to deliver and will have to come to get food but I will never give a penny to this restaurant again. He treated me like a lying scum who I complain about daily! I agree customers are not always right but when a regular customer comes I'm who never complains he needs to be trained that not every customer is out to scam you! I already didn't want to go back and I didn't want to complain but when I spend 40 bucks on lunch I expect to get what I ordered. You won't stay in business long if you treat your regulars like this. Read moreWe went to the drive-thru one night order our food, less than a $20 order. When we get to the window the inform us that somebody in front of us had a $300 order so it was going to be a while. We didn't have time so we asked them to give us a refund so we can be on our way, the girl working said she wasn't able to give a refund because there wasn't a manager in the store. Then they just continue to walk past the window and ignore us when we tried to get our money back, we decided we wanted our money back regardless of the wait or anything else. Finally the same girl came up to the window with a bag of food and my friend who was driving, agitated at this point, said "don't you hand me that bag of food!" and the girl decided to drop the food out the window on the ground. So then we had not got our money back and the food that we did get that we didn't even want was on the ground. Luckily I had a little bit of money saved back because other than that we are broke. After denying service I was told it was policy that they didn’t have to take the larger bills at an early time. Never had Wendy’s breakfast but will definitely not go out of my way to try it now. It would have been ok if the manager had not had an attitude about the situation. When asked if I could have a gm number to contact she stated I am the manager and closed the drive through door in my face. It’s concerning that we have these type of people Run a customer service profession. I would hope that Wendy’s have other people leaders in the company that could possibly step in to assist Christy to help grow and develop her to the best of her ability so that she can represent the company in a more professional matter and that could also be duplicated to her team with her showing she could lead from the front.
