Great fresh Vietnamese cafe that specializes in Banh Mi sandwiches. I've been 4 times in the last month and have ordered the vermicelli beef and lemongrass bowl. It is a generous portion. The beef is seasoned very well served alongside crunchy, fresh veggies and vermicelli rice noodles. The shrimp spring roll is also very well done. Nice pieces of fresh shrimp with crunchy veggies served with a tasty peanut sauce that is not overpowering with sweetness. My son ordered the pho and commented that it was very good. Read moreI’ve been eagerly awaiting this place to open, and it did not disappoint! I’ve been on the hunt for a great Bánh Mì spot in the DTC area, and this is exactly what I’ve been looking for.
I ordered the Grilled Pork Bánh Mì, Crispy Shrimp & Pork Egg Rolls, and a Vietnamese Iced Coffee — all of which were excellent. The flavors were authentic and some of the closest I’ve had to the food I enjoyed while in Vietnam.
The food came out quickly, everything was fresh, and the presentation was on point. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the space has been thoughtfully and beautifully built out.

Read moreI ordered the banh mi thit nuong, or the grilled pork banh mi. Asking if I wanted it toasted or not was kind of odd, but I requested it to be toasted. Overall, the banh mi was okay. Filling was good, but the texture of the baguette threw me off. Even though it was toasted, it was still fairly soft, yet only a little crumbly? Growing up, I've been more accustomed to eating more crispy and crumbly banh mi so that it holds everything together better.
