First time stopping in for a meal at Teriyaki Madness. I've driven by here multiple times and finally noticed this hidden gem. We noticed how clean it is and how warm and welcoming the atmosphere is in here. Taryn took my husband's and my order. She was wonderful, took her time explaining how the menu works and all the different options and combinations. The head cook and general manager, Mike, pulled out all the stops and made some of the greatest Teriyaki dishes we have had. My husband loves all things spicy so he tried the MAD SAUCE with his bowl. It is very spicy with just enough sweetness and flavor to bring you back in for that next bite. Their potstickers are as to be expected and are crispy. The crab rangoon was different than other restaurants but in the best way. Served with a sauce that tastes similar to apple sauce. It pairs very well. What really caught me off guard was the chicken eggrolls. Most places use all cabbage and hardly any meat while TM does the opposite. In conclusion, this restaurant is absolutely wonderful and we will be stopping in here again indefinitely.

We had never ordered from here before so it’s a first visit- I ordered online pickup, followed the prompts to let the system know when I arrived. Everything was ready, I picked up beverage- restaurant was open and clean, friendly staff- restrooms were clean. Overall, good experience. The food was good, I had the choice of brown or white rice, prices comparable to most fast food choices in the area. First floor establishment, wheelchair accessible. We will be back!

I always order from here and usually my order is ok. Today my order was awful, the noodles and vegetables were soggy and the amount of meat in the bowls made it seem like I was begging and hadn’t just placed a $50 order. Not impressed at all!! Please don’t not respond to my review with a generic oh I’m sorry and hope you give us another chance. That will surely only make me more upset.

First, I will say this is a review based on placing a pickup order through Door Dash during this COVID-19 Pandemic and social distancing measures. The first complaint is when I placed the order, I was told the order was ready for pickup at a specific time. I arrived 15 minutes after that specified time and was told that they were still working on my order. While waiting 45 minutes in the restaurant, I observed the following: 1. The girl at the register went into the kitchen several times, worked the register, handled people's orders, went outside several times and never once washed her hands or even used gloves. 2. They are to be open for pickup only but there were so many people in the restaurant that social distancing was not possible. 3. I watched a lady place an order at the register and then received her order before the order I called in from home, at this point which was about an hour earlier. That is when I decided to leave, figuring they either lost my order or they would get to it when they feel like. it. They may have good food and they might not. I'll never know because I never got to try it and probably never will. My review is based entirely on CUSTOMER SERVICE. My advice is to be honest about the time it takes to have the order ready. Customers should not have to come and wait 30 minutes or more for an order that was already supposed to be done. Second, learn to practice safe and sanitary food handling procedures. What I saw, I would not feel safe eating there during this pandemic or during...

We walked in hoping for an amazing experience. This was simply not to be. When we got there, one person at a register, one cooking, and three people delivering food, and looking busy the other 99% of the time. We stood at a slower paced line, to order slightly overpriced, a tad above mediocre (at best). Nobody notified anyone of the 45-50 minute wait when they ordered, unless asked. When we (as the group of "well we're already this far") saw new people with increasingly hopeless looks on their faces, WE warned them of the wait. One walked out laughing. Others went out in search of food from much faster and higher quality meals from the stores around us. Some people walked up and asked for refunds before leaving. Maybe it would have been better with more cooks, or staff informing us of the wait. The only thing that really irked us was the 3 people on 'prep', only delivering food. One switched to cooking as we left. Overall, I would go again if the wait was shorter, and we could see more than two people assisting and trying to make an effort to...
