I don't know if anyone reads these but as an eater of fine foods alI across the country, I know good food when I taste it and I want to lend a perspective:
The sauce you use for the penne pasta and the meatballs is FANTASTIC. The meatballs are so tasty and tender. Whatever you're doing with that, KEEP DOING IT! Those two things should be staples on your buffet, they taste great!
The Buffalo Wings. EXCELLENT. Crispy, great sauce, not overly spicy, just right. This is another winner that you should consider making a staple on your buffet.
Matter Paneer. Great! Keep doing it!
Potato/carrot Indian dish tastes great!
Samosas are really good.
The fries are good. Nice and crisp.
Your Chicken Curry dish tastes great, I would stick with that, maybe just make the sauce a little thicker, add more onion, and more cilantro.
The Pizza is good, it just needs a little more sauce.
Vegetable biryani is okay, but could use more saffron and needs (preferably) golden raisin, but regular raisin will do the trick, too.
The fried rice is something I'd remove. It just doesn't taste right.
Chicken Tikka Masala I would remove because when it's not cooked in the Tandoor it doesn't have that expected charcoal flavor. It's also missing some spices and lacks onion and green pepper.
The vegetable kofta was too bland. Missing a lot of spices.
The Chinese noodles need a new sauce. I'd recommend a sweet General Tso sauce or Hoisin sauce mixed into the finished noodles. I'd also add some green onion. I had this at a buffet in Washington DC, and they had to change the pan like 6 times when I was there. People loved it!
Anyway, meal was great....
Read moreWe came yesterday to Niagarafälle after a complicated journey from New York. First time for me in New York an Niagarafalls. The day in Niagara Falls was perfekt. Amazing place. We went to the hotel after a very long day and sleepless night because of our complicated journey. I have two teenagers who are really hard to please with food. So I left them in the hotel and went to get us something to eat and end the day. I ended up in the international buffet. I ordered the only thing that my children eat (pizza margarita) and vegi pizza for me and I took from the buffet a plate to go. The pizza is nothing I saw in an Italien restaurant before. For me that’s a pizza. Thick dough fresh tomato very delicious cheese. Wow my boys ate it like crazy although they don’t like to c tomato pieces. It was perfekt. The vegi pizza was amazing. I love vegetables all kinds of them. That’s why the combination with the dough was good. The mix plate from buffet was delicious. I am since a week and a half in New York that’s the third restaurant that impressed me. (We eat out every day all meals) and from all three restaurants that I found good I put this first. They perfekted our Niagara Falls visit and ended a beautiful day happily. From the price it was very reasonable and the service and the cook were smiling and welcoming. Just love you...
Read moreI had the most wonderful dining experience at International Buffet.
From the moment I arrived, I was pleased to find free parking available on a first-come, first-served basis—a rarity in touristy areas. This set the tone for an exceptional evening ahead.
What truly impressed me was the affordability of the food. In a location known for its high prices, this restaurant offered a refreshing change. The menu had a diverse range of options, catering to every palate and budget. And the best part? It was just a short walk away from the Niagara Falls.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcomed and attended to. Their warmth and attentiveness enhanced the dining experience, making me feel like a valued guest.
Speaking of the food, the array of choices was staggering. The buffet featured an assortment of dishes, each more tantalizing than the last. And imagine my delight when I discovered they offered unlimited naans! As a lover of Indian cuisine, this was a true treat.
But what truly stood out was their commitment to dietary preferences. With a wide variety of vegan and vegetarian options, it's clear they care about catering to everyone. The care put into crafting these dishes was evident in the flavors and...
