Walked in and three people were working. No one greeted us or said hello. The employees kept their backs turned almost the entirety of our visit- from the moment we walked in to the time it took us to place an order on the kiosk. Let me add it’s not because they were busy. We were the only people inside. After placing our cookies into their individual boxes, the worker asked in an upbeat tone “Look good, boss?” to my boyfriend. My boyfriend said yes and we left. The establishment is clean. The cookies are always good. But, customer service goes a long way. A “Hello, welcome to Crumbl Cookie” and “Have a great evening” tells the customer that their business is valued.

These cookies are soooooo good and the staff is the best! There's nothing better than warm and melty cookie thats SO BIG that you have to share it with someone.

Best Gourmet cookies in town without a doubt. Chocolate chip cookies are not the best. Nestle tollhouse, foodlion, samsclub and a vast array of other chocolate chip cookies make there cookie taste disgusting in comparison especially for $4 a cookie. The only crumbl cookies that made a lasting impression with me was the confetti cake. Sugar cookie was bland and cold. Teddy Graham was good warm. Honey bun was ok warm. Bottomline is they make a great cookie but at $4 it's not that good considering you dont know what 4 you are getting week to week nor do you have a say so. They only make 4 cookies per week and the flavors vary.

This seems to be a low volume store. The cookies are not as fresh, and they're rarely warm enough to eat right after leaving the store so we take them home to rewarm them before we can eat them, which is a big disappointment. Also, after several tries, we will never buy a cake or a pie here as they are never fresh. The last cake I got here was the strawberry cake with cream cheese icing. The icing looked like it had halfway melted or was too thin when it was put on the cake and the cake was so hard and dry that a heavy plastic fork would not go through it. Recently the icings have been very thin and too soft/runny. The pie fillings that are used for toppings or in the pies are not very flavorful and black actual fruit. Finally, the screens on the tablets for ordering are always very dirty looking, so that makes the store seem not as clean. The last time when I got the strawberry cake, they had them piled up on multiple racks sitting in the open air with the bottom rack very close to the filthy floor. From now on I'm just going to wait until I'm near a better Crumbl store and not go as often since the one near us is not worth the cost of...

Walked in and then right out when I saw a $4.78 chocolate chip cookie. Zaxby’s 3 for a dollar it is. Insomnia needs to come here ASAP.

Addition: Decided to give it a try. Cookie size was generous and delivery was speedy. One might even say expeditiously. The box/graphics were cute and crisp. Even single cookies are accompanied by a box! Great! Cookies actually crumbled. Option to be introverted and interact with a screen on the wall was nice. Tried the rocky road and chocolate chip cookies. Rocky road was excellent. Not satisfied with the chocolate chip cookie. Dough quality was great. I’m not a big milk chocolate fan and also, WHERE WAS THE CHOCOLATE IN THE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE?? Ya’ll should consider a double chocolate chip cookie. Wasn’t the biggest fan of a mere six cookie selection. For access to a wider array, I was told catering would open up that hidden treasure chest. All in all, a fair 3. Insomnia still wins. Their boxes provide heavier insulation. I can drive from Richmond and...

I usually grab a cookie or two can’t really eat a whole one since they are a bit too sweet for me. But this post is about the way your employees behave outside of your place of business while wearing your company name and uniform. I witnessed a teenage/younger black male - natural slightly twisted hairstyle wearing a black crumble cookie tshirt in five guys (right next door) talking very loudly and rudely and gesturing and saying “ah ha” repeatedly and doing childish hand movements and fluttering behind another customers back that was not looking at him. His white female companion/ coworker attempted to calm him down and tell him to stop but he did persist for quite some time. It was fairly busy- so quite a few other adults witnessed the behavior. As a fellow business owner- I would be very upset and do re-training or address proper behavior while in...
