Absolutely unhappy. My family and I were visiting from NJ to look at places since we are moving in a few months to CO! We decided it would be a great way to end my son's birthday, to go where ever he wanted to eat! It was a the evening of Thursday, April 12, around 7-730 pm.....and he picked Carrabba's! We get there etc etc etc. The food was decent, and they even did the happy birthday song in Italian. Our server was cool and even took time to socialize ( Younger. Skinny. Glasses. Long hair. And I saw at least on of his ears, the left, have a decent gauge ear ring) with us, being we were out of towners. When my youngest (2 yr old) started getting fussy, we new it was time to wrap it up and head out. We we're pretty happy with the service so we decided to leave our server and nice thank you, an extra something, and left him$25 tip. We get in the car and head back to air bnb. When we arrived back my wife mentioned had asked where the take home trays were with leftovers. I search the car, find no bag, and I realized in the rush to get my youngest hone home for bed, I left the trays AND newly purchased sunglasses!!!! I immediately contact them by phone in a panic because of the glasses (They were given to me a few weeks prior as a gift from my son's) and ask to speak to someone. After speaking with a young lady I was told that someone would check for the glasses and call me back. That Never happened. So by the time I called back, they were closed!! So now I'm a bit upset. The next morning I wake up early, and head over to the restaurant (it was 10am and they open to the public at 11) to try and speak to someone in a manager position. When I arrived I spoke with a woman that said she actually remembered seeing us from the previous night by our children, and the birthday song. I explained the situation thinking it was a sign something good would come. She stated she would "check the back safe" because any items found left there, and has value, it goes into the safe. I mentioned that I am fully aware of where I left the belongings at, and the exact table. She returned and said nothing was found, and she was sorry. Basically saying "nothing I can do, sorry". I find it a bit odd that a safe, in the back of a restaurant, is where they keep valuables left behind by customers. If it was really an issue to find, maybe have the cameras checked? I even pointed out the 2 cameras, almost directly above where we were sitting. The woman told me that "nothing was found that matched the sunglass description I gave her", and that the cameras in the restaurant DO NOT RECORD VIDEO...!?? Where do they do that at!? They a record!? I tried every scenario! I could think of. I even mentioned the waiter! He once went back to our table to collect the bill money and his tip!! Maybe, HE saw them there, and if not him, who ever cleaned the table! Bottom line is I went nowhere and got nothing but a stolen $200 pair of sunglasses, a $70 bill, and a $25 tip as generosity. I tried everything. And it should have been an easy handle. I guess Customer satisfaction isn't important. I even asked for the upper management ( gm or owner) and got nothing....will never be returning here, and it's a shame. Carrabba's is one of our favorite family...

This. Was. The. WORST. We went here for my hunnies bday and ordered our dinner to go. He loves carrabas and hadn’t been in years so he was really looking forward to it. We got there at the time it said it would be ready and we had to stand and wait another 30 mins. When we got our food home (2 entries, two desserts and a salad) we realized that of the “trio” entree he had ordered one whole part of said “trip” hadn’t been included. I called the store. They said they’d be willing to refund me $2.50 to my card or they could give me a $10 credit I could use in the store. She upped it to $15 at the end of the call I’m sure sensing my frustration. The woman told me She was the manager and that there was only one woman manger so to ask for her if there were any problems. But what if she’s not there? Am I supposed to remember her name for this supposed “credit” I have no proof of? In this day of delivery, they did not offer to get it to us when it had been their mistake, which I didn’t appreciate. Then we TASTED the food. It was completely inedible. It felt like we were Gordon ramsey on one of his kitchen nightmares shows. The pasta was dense and inedible. It tasted and had the texture that it had been cooked quite some time ago. The salad was limp and was worse than bag salad. It looked identical to bag salad actually. Except not fresh or crisp in any way. And we spent around $90. After this we decided that we don’t even WANT to give them a chance w the $15 credit we apparently have there. It was that inedible and it was that much the principle of if you’re not willing to make this one right and the food was terrible, why would I give you another shot at my Money? It is what it is but I wanted other Customers to know about our experience and to avoid this place. Maybe other Carrabas are still good? But this one? Is...

We decided to celebrate my wife’s professional accomplishments by having her pick a restaurant to go to. She decided to go to Carrabba’s and after being to this location numerous times, I thought that it was a great selection. I did call ahead and we showed up a little later than our call ahead (5 minutes). When we arrived, the front desk host couldn’t find our call ahead and we had to wait about 10 minutes. We decided to look past it as we were a little late anyways and we’re seated pretty promptly.

We ordered the mozzarella marinara as an appetizer which is always on point. To my surprise they didn’t have their minestrone soup as their staple soup anymore. Instead it was Mama Mandala’s Sicilian Chicken Soup which prompted a spicy chicken soup with some pasta and veggies as the base with a hearty broth. I decided to have it with my order of Tuscan Steak and even though it was pretty good - I would say their minestrone was better. Also this is not very spicy - that could be off putting from some.

My wife ordered the Carrabba’s Italian Classics and she loved her lasagna and chicken parmesan. I always steal her mashed potatoes which are incredible and she enjoyed the side of fettuccine alfredo.

I ordered the Tuscan Grilled Sirloin with a side of their grilled broccoli. It was fantastic and is always underrated. No one posts or talks about this item, but seriously it’s incredible. Please try the steak and you won’t be disappointed.

We did ask for another loaf of bread that never came, but that’s to be expected after having a pretty crowded night.

Overall a solid 4 stars on the experience! I would still recommend Carrabba’s as a popular Italian chain restaurant, but I do believe the North Colorado Springs restaurant executed just a little bit better on...

Update- the response below was a template and did not address anything I said nor have I recieved a phone call from the yesterday yet after leaving a message, a note and my food we didn't eat there. Complaints- bread was stale and did not eat, zucchini fries were soggy, limp and NOT good. Dipping sauce was good but w/o fries didn't matter. Rosemary fries had barely any garlic/seasonings you pay for and were very over cooked. The trio chicken maybe could have been good if the fettuccine Alfredo we ordered and paid extra with it had any Alfredo sauce on it and water the one watery sauce on one of the chickens didn't flood the entire entree as it was on everything. Then trying to call to handle it has been an issue as explained below. First review - Horrible experience top to bottom. Left a message 5 mins after they closed regarding MANY issues. Called again this morning and nothing and now the VM is full. We are leaving this morning to travel cross country so didn't know what else to do then leave the food we DID NOT eat at Their front door with a note and our # to call since we couldn't reach anyone and wouldn't be able to tmreturn the food later. Will update with pics, videos, details etc later if we don't hear back from someone. Added review to carrabas website which said I could attach pics but then wouldn't submit it until all pics were removed lol
