Walked in to grab a quick drink and an appetizer as my husband and I weren't very hungry. Apparently that meant our server didn't care to provide any decent service, as soon as she heard that we only wanted an appetizer she walked away without a word. We got the nachos with brisket, now brisket comes in many forms but there was no description on the menu so we were surprised when there was bbq sauce on them. We tried it and it wasn't our thing and not something we would've ordered if we would've known. So we attempted to get our servers attention to try and work something out but like I mentioned we apparently weren't worth a second thought as she didn't come by to ask us if everything was okay with our food. It wasn't crazy busy and we witnessed a table across from us get their food, our server immediately went up to them to check on them, they sent something back and got it corrected within minutes. And still she didn't want to come up to us and it was near impossible to wave her down. After about 10 minutes of waiting and feeling absolutely disrespected my husband had to get up and find someone. Now the rest of the staff was helpful and understanding. Another server with her own tables went out of her way to help us so it seems completely unreasonable to have been treated the way we were tonight. It is absolutely distasteful to treat customers with assumptions on how much they're going to spend that night and completely ignore them because of that. We left that place...

Very disappointing. We won’t be back. Despite a whole bunch of people running around in “Bruhaus” shirts: We requested a high chair for our son. No one ever brought one. We sat for 15 minutes before our server showed up. No water or anything in the meantime, either. When the server finally showed, we ordered water for our son. He never brought it. We never saw the server again. Someone else brought our food, and no one checked back in. Had to ask a busser to find him so we could pay. Beers in cans were served just like that, without even offering a glass. This isn’t a dive bar, it sure didn’t cost what a dive bar does, and these weren’t PBRs. Pretzel w/ pimiento showed up covered in seasoning w/ sesame seeds (no mention of that in the menu). Our son is allergic, so that would be good to know. Would’ve talked to the server about it if he had ever come back by, but he didn’t. Even paying took so long my wife and son left while I sat with my credit card on the table waiting for so long that a different server started to check me out, before ours finally showed back up. Again that was after I had asked someone else to find him. I saw the same stuff happen at multiple other tables near us. Beers ordered that never showed up. Beers showing up that weren’t what was ordered. Impossible to get anyone’s attention...

We went here for drinks/snacks while in CB because the outdoor patio seemed nice. I ordered the potato skins based on several other reviews and was quite disappointed. First, you only get 5 small potato skins. Based on the menu price of $23 + 6% service fee that the restaurant automatically adds + 20% tip, you are paying nearly $30 for 5 2-bite potato skins. I know CB is bougie but that is absurd to me, especially considering potatoes are probably one of the cheapest foods by weight. Second, the ratio of topping to potato was off and it felt like I was eating 70% sour cream and 30% potato. Additionally, I thought the tap list was actually pretty short for a ‘premier beer hall’, as they claim to be, with only 1 non-mainstream IPA (and only 2 IPA options total) and very few craft Colorado beers. I’m also miffed by the 6% service fee. IMO increase your menu prices and pay your employees a fair wage instead of adding this additional charge. I wouldn’t return and would instead try one of the other pubs next time I want...

My first time being in crested butte, was towards the end of ski season so evening and nightlife wasn't the busiest but I definitely wanted to try some local food. Browsed what was open at the time and a recommendation from the hotel lead me to Bruhaus. I definitely enjoy a good beer so I figured this would be a great spot. Beer selection was abundant with plenty on tap or in bottles. Any beer drinker should be able to find something they would enjoy. Service at the bartop was fantastic, again it was slow season and later in the evening so was not busy but I'd see them being on top of a busy crowd. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable. Now to the main course, this elk meatloaf!!! My god was this meatloaf amazing! And the glazed carrots as a side was a great touch to a nice comfort food meal. The sauce/gravy on top was very tasty I pretty much wiped the plate clean. The burgers were highly recommended and looked amazing. Although I didn't have one I would definitely go back to try one.

We had an amazing experience at Bruhaus on Christmas Day! We ordered a burger, a cheesesteak, drinks, and the hummus appetizer, and everything was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, and the drinks were spot on. What really stood out was the exceptional service—despite it being Christmas Day, the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Thank you so much, Bruhaus, for being open on Christmas Day and providing such a wonderful dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!
