I went with my friend here so she could get coffee. They had a display of hydro flasks that I decided to impulse buy one. The guy at the register said to me verbatim: Iām happy for you, buying a $50 water bottle, are you sure you want to buy this, you have to be pretty messed up here points to his head to spend $50 on a water bottle. I awkwardly laughed and inserted my card to where he asked me again if I was sure I wanted to buy it. His coworker chimed in and said something just as ridiculous. I canāt even explain in words how rude and inappropriate these people were!!!! Why are you mad that Iām giving you a sale?! Freaking losers this store has hired. If I cared enough I would go back & talk to the manager & return this water bottle that I didnāt even get a receipt for because he crumpled it up in front of my face...

I was brought in at $16 an hour plus tips and after a month on my day off, the Nordstrom manager came to the EBAR floor an announced to the whole floor that myself and 2 other employees would be receiving a pay cut. I had to find out from other employees and not the eBar manager and not the Nordstrom manager. It was also just an incredibly hostile work environment.
