We were not the only people who showed up to find out it was closed; there was another couple wandering around also confused why the doors were locked.    Read moreThe Parlor is absolutely one of the best cocktail bars in Dallas. My crew regularly hangs out here when we're attending a convention at the Sheraton Dallas. The two bartenders, Bryce and Adam are incredible. In addition to being able to craft most anything you call, if you give them a spirit type and a flavor profile, they can create a riff for you on the spot. I'm also a pretty big whiskey nerd, and this location has a pretty decent whiskey selection.
