One star is a lot….if I could I would rate it nothing. We started off our bachelorette party coming to dinner. We were all looking forward to a great experience, but they fell really short of even “okay”. Not only did they mess up our order multiple times,. Our friend order a wrap and made it clear several times she did not want an item in the wrap. She waited 55 mins before they brought her food out, but they completely disregarded her original request. She placed her order once again and then let the waitress know two more times she did NOT want tomato’s in her wrap. Our friend is allergic to tomato’s!! It took another 20 mins for her food to come back out after we requested for a manager. Following addressing the concerns we were offered shots…the. 25% off the bills that were messed up when we received them with gratuity added on. Unfortunately, this place will never be recommended to a friend or individual visiting deadwood.

So was extremely disappointed in our service. First time we have ever been there. We sat at the bar and were ignored and mind you there was 3 people working and place was dead with 2 tables at most and the betting area had one guy over there. We sat and waited and waited. And were ignored. Also had to put my hand up to tell them hey can we get service. Then finally got our drinks. Told the bartender please let Megan know we are going to move to sit in the betting area and watch sports. So my wife waited for her cheeses curds which she said were good. Not once did we ever get checked on or anything. She brought the food and never came back. I was astonished in the lack of service. I had to go up and pay and literally just wanted to leave and say screw it. I will never comeback due to the lack of service and the server Megan was either having a terrible day or hates her job. I liked the place and setup but will never...

Wish I could give it zero. We ordered wings, a wrap and a burger at the same time. Waited for 40 minutes, then the table that came in after us got their food, finally our food came all at once instead of appetizers first and it was cold. The waiter never checked on us once. My husband waved the waiter over and told him. He did work with us and took off the wings and drinks but made excuses that they're short staffed. I understand that but there were 10 ppl in the restaurant and how does being understaffed make our food cold???? It had to be sitting for 20 minutes in the kitchen and I saw our waiter messing with the TV 3 times so not too busy I guess. Also got sick later that night. Thank God we only took a few bites...
