Read moreI came to this café in the morning on May 26, 2025. The first barista was very kind and friendly. I ordered a Vanilla Latte and a chocolate croissant. After paying, I asked for a little less ice, and he was completely fine with it, he smiled and was very pleasant.
Later, after 5 PM, the café was about to close, and I placed a second order with a different barista. I forgot to mention “less ice” and simply asked him to remove a bit of the ice. He said there would be an extra charge for less ice, and I just replied, “Oh, i don’t know, but never mind then” But he still removed only one piece of ice. Honestly, I was going to remove some of the ice by myself. cause idk it will be extra charge for less ice.
The point is I don’t mind if the coffee is a little less in volume when there’s less ice. What bothered me was how unfriendly the second barista was. And to be honest, charging extra for less ice seems really odd.
I unfortunately, the last barista I interacted with was very unpleasant, even though I still gave a 20% tip! I’m sorry to say this, but it was a really bad experience. Please teach them to be kind , smile and...
Read moreLoved the coffee I was a bit over the time here they close at 5:30 and the guy still offered to serve me a coffee super nice guy I just felt bad because when he was serving me I saw the broom he was sweeping with and it was not the nicest broom I would expect because of how beautiful the place looks the owner needs to pay more attention to things and buy another broom so they don’t have to sweep with something like that it just shows how little the owner cares about there employees and honestly that’s horrible the guy and the environment was very nice but it hurts to see the kid sweeps with that dirty broom nothing to do with the location and coffee it was great just seeing how they treat the employees is sad and disappointed especially because I feel like they have a really nice location but nothing to do with employees or anything more of the owner or managers responsibility to change the...
