Had to check out the brand new coffee shop, Good Bones, and I’m seriously impressed. If you love killer coffee, vintage style, and creative energy, this place is going to be one of your new favorite hangouts.

From the second you step inside, you can feel that everything was put together with soul, intention, and artistic flair. The coffee is rich, smooth, and crafted like someone actually cares about what ends up in your cup… not just another quick pour.

But what really takes this place to another level is the vintage clothing and curated store experience. The pieces aren’t random thrift grabs.. they’re hand selected, stylish, and packed with personality. It feels like shopping a closet built by someone with taste, nostalgia, and a love for stories woven into fabric.

And as if that wasn’t cool enough, there are guitars hanging on the wall.. and yes, they’re for sale! 🎸 It adds this amazing creative energy to the space, like a musician’s lounge mixed with a boutique and a café. Whether you’re a player, collector, or someone who just appreciates beautiful instruments, it’s hard not to admire them (or walk out tempted). They even have a stage for awesome live music!

Put all that together and Good Bones becomes more than a coffee stop… it’s a full vibe, a treasure hunt, and a creative hangout all in one place.

This place is great! You can tell that the owners, Carson and Melody, have a lot of passion and cool taste. They’ve created a place with lots of character and good vibes. It’s an inviting space to chill and spend some downtime. The decor is of a retro vibe including clothing, guitars, a jukebox and I especially love the cassette wall. Walking in and seeing all those lovely cassette tapes takes me back to my youth. There’s also a stage so that means entertainment as well. This place is special. Starting with the owners. These people have always been passionate about being active and present in their community. And now they’ve found themselves, in the heart of the city on Colfax, with a shop of their own in the community that they love. The coffee shop also has a selection of vintage goods, guitars, and little treats to go with your coffee. When I was there I got a simple oatmilk latte and it was dreamy.
