Todays Date is 2/25/2015. My boyfriend order a pizza for the amount of about $30.00. He explained to me that they never confirmed his name or his information they simply took his credit card info which has been in the papa johns system at 1111 Colfax, which we have been loyal costumers for a while now. We called the store back immediately to see why we did not get confirmation of our order. Once we ordered we understood that there would be a wait due to the probability of high volume of calls. We were placed on hold for about 20 minutes after the first 10 minutes when we actually spoke to a representative. I had my younger sister call as well she got a quick pick up. She spoke to Arturo the male Manager on the nights shift. He has the worst costumer service We have ever experienced. He yelled at my sister the whole time arguing with her from across the room I can clearly hear his words. She stayed calm and continued to say how dissatisfied we were with his communication which was yelling. He had a terrible attitude and said there is "NOTHING I CAN DO SORRY." She then said I really hope your calls are recorded and he continued to say "I HOPE THEY ARE TOO!" This is the worst management that could have been hired for such a respected business which we love because it is home of the Denver Broncos, and Peyton Manning. It is a disappointment that we will no longer do business with this pizza chain. After my sister spoke to Arturo I came to the phone because I could no longer take the disrespect that He was giving my younger sister. I told him since "HE" could not find out order how was it that we were charged? He continued to yell at me as well. However,I just wanted to end this phone call all together and asked him what kind of proof would be needed for us to get our money back, He did not want to disclose any information with me at this point. I do not understand why this man was placed in a managing position. I will have to bring this up to a leading Manager and show my bank statements to who ever will listen because so far I cannot trust PapaJohns to give the word of this terrible management. I appreciate the opportunity to be able to submit my experience with this site, However, I do not think these are regularly monitored and if they are I doubt that it will be read.... Read moreAs a representative of a non-profit organization, I prioritize partnering with businesses that value reliability, professionalism, and clear communication. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with Papa John’s Pizza have fallen far short of these expectations.
Over the past three orders, I have encountered consistent service issues:
Late Deliveries: All three orders arrived late, with one exceeding an hour’s delay despite having re-confirmed the details through EZ Cater.
Incomplete Orders: One of the orders was delivered partially, leaving us waiting for the remaining items.
Broken Promises: After these issues, Papa John’s offered a discount to retain our business for the third order. However, when the order was placed, the promised discount was not applied, leading to further frustration.
When we called Papa Johns to reconcile this matter, the response from the employee was unprofessional and dismissive. Rather than addressing the concern constructively, the employee stated, “I’m sure your corporation could afford it,” and hung up the phone. This lack of courtesy and accountability was disappointing, to say the least.
I hope they take steps to improve their processes and customer service in the future. For now, I cannot recommend them to other organizations seeking dependable...

After ordering one large cheese pizza and getting quoted a delivery time of 30-40 minutes I felt it was necessary to call once an hour had passed to let them know that I would prefer to simply cancel my order because there was still no sign of my pizza. I was told that my order had "just left" and would be there shortly. Another 20 minutes passed and I called again, only to be told, once again, that my pizza would be there soon. Finally, my pizza arrived. Thoroughly frustrated with the way my transaction had just transpired, I called the store in order to kindly speak to a manager. The manager was insistent that I had misheard my quoted time of 30-40 minutes, despite admitting that four other people had called in with similar complaints. I told him that this was probably not a coincidence, but, of course, he was not so willing to believe the obvious truth.
