The owner spends quite a bit of his time yelling at his brother when I see them in the store together. It really disrupts the atmosphere of the store. The employees sit behind the cash register playing on their phones while the store looks messy, counters are dirty, dirty blender containers sitting around. Looks trashy. Used to be the hip place to be, now it’s a drag. Not to mention trying to find parking any day of the week is not happening. There is no parking lot, no handicap parking, so expect to walk a few blocks or circle the block 3-4 times or more to park by the doors. And definitely expect door dash drivers to cut in front of you and interrupt your ordering experience. I'm only giving two stars because I like the original location. First off, I went in with my girlfriend to get two smoothie bowls. Both the boy and girl working had an attitude. Second, when I was asked what granola I wanted on the bowl, I asked if the original granola was sweet. The girl smacked her lips and rolled her eyes as if it wasn't a serious question. Then after we payed she turned the iPad around and walked off like "do you want rewards". Once we got our bowls they weren't even halfway full, it wasn't a thick consistency and melted right away. Being terminated is unfortunate, and an issue to be addressed in another forum, but I stand by the quality of the product and staff. It seems like the review naming me was very targeted and defamatory; I regret if a customer had a bad experience, but I stand by the fact that I worked hard, followed rules, and health codes.
