I am in my home today, looking out my sliding glass door, the scenery is really comforting, so green and the community is so clean, the flowers are vibrant and colorful. We have been able to enjoy the beauty of Northglenn and Adams county from our patio's for over a year now. We have also had the opportunity of meeting new friends. My health took a turn for the challenges last year and when I had to relocate to Denver for the type of care that I was requiring, we came to Northglenn, due to my son in law and my daughter living here for five plus years. I had an opportunity to come and visit this community and stay with them, I was impressed with the office staff and how friendly they were, they went beyond to make sure I had what I needed in my home, we felt very welcomed and knew this place was a great place to call home. They made the transition a pleasant one, accepting our pets, due to them being my emotional support dogs. Another point that made me really like this property and the management is, I resided in a one bedroom for a year, then it got to be unsafe for me due to the square footage, we went to the office to inform them of the event, they were so accomodating and made the transition to a two bedroom an enjoyable one. We are so blessed, and eager to see what the rest of 2025 has in store for us here at Beacons House Apartments of Avanti.

Folks, if you are looking for an amazing place to live, we eager you to contact the office and ask to see any one of their models. Please keep in mind when you come to visit our community, that life is changing daily and we need to be aware that our living situation will change as well. We have found that if you decide to change your atmosphere, your living experience could be rewarding. Through living these years and raising my children, It has been shown to us many times that we have to due and make hard decisions, just know that you can only control what decisions you make each day. P.S. Please give a shout out to Alexandra, she has been there for us, when it comes to maintenance requests being created and completed with a great timeline. Her professionalism and kindness, she has such a great demeanor about her, we believe she is a great asset to this property. Also, the maintenance team here, is nothing but amazing, has the tickets completed in great time, and is so kind, to answering questions and offering to clean up after they are completed with the task at hand.
